This is first subway where I was highly disappointed. The service over here was really bad. The girl over here was rude not only with me but even with 2 other customers as well. She toasted my bread so hard that it got burnt and when I asked her to change the bread she denied and asked for an extra charge though there was not at all my fault for the burnt bread. Although this was not my first time at a subway but first at this location , but I am sure it was my last for this location. Giving 1 star because there is no option for 0 star . I don’t want to reduce the customer for this subway but just want the owner to take strict action on the behaviour of employees. It might bring you more customers with good employees. I was in at around 11:36 and a girl was training a new employee I guess. Thank you

This is by far the worse subway I’ve ever been to, staff are horribly rude. Very stingy location, I was told my a worker that the owner of that location is very picky when it comes to portion sizes. I decided to give this location another try. I was greeted by a girl who didn’t seem like she wanted to be there in the first place. I asked for a 6 inch steak and cheese sub, the lady barely put any steak on it, I kindly asked if she can put more and she put a few little extra pieces… I looked at it and still barely any meat asked kindly for a bit more and was told it’s extra, all I requested was a bit more and it was a struggle, this is not a busy location and I can see why; they’ve lost a customer 100 percent would never recommend anyone to go to this location. I ended up walking about after wanted to purchase a couple subs and some drinks; not worth it.

If you mobile order, PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING. Half of the time the food will be literally inedible. The potato bun is harder than stone and the sandwich wasn't supposed to be toasted. And they won't give you a bag for your terrible food... I'd like my $15 back.

I've ordered here via mobile several times and each time there are missing cheese among other ingredients. Once is an honest mistake but this consistency warrants a negative review.

They won’t put cheese in my sandwich when I make a mobile order. Cheese is the most important ingredient in a sandwich :(

Worst location ever, staff is way too rude and stingy, they say theyre closed at 9 45 pm when it says its open till 10 pm and the first subway i have been told that there is a limit of 3 sauces, why have so many options then? The lady employee there should look for another job because totally dealing with customers is something she can not or does not want to do. No one is forced to work at a subway right, but if you do then do it properly. 15 mins to closeing means its still open. Left my place at 9 30 to rch there at 9 42 , 18 mins to closing time to here were closing and not even a sorry, didnt even try to be polite. Its us customers who pay the bills and your wage, we dont force you to make our sandwich.

The food was nice because it’s subway of course. The atmosphere was somehow very cozy to me. The employees were very nice and kind.

Easy to work with mobile oders. Has plenty of space to dine in
