I have probably placed over a 100 pizza orders from here and never had an issue with quality. I love their potato pizza. No matter what the size, the taste never varies. Will definitely place more orders in the future

Still always hot and fresh grabbing a few slices despite having less pedestrian traffic due to covid. Pretty good value too. The place is clean with covid safety precautions in place.

The pizza is really good I love how they add sesame seeds never had this chain of food before so my second time here has been really well

We’ve probably ordered from here about 10 times. The staff at Uncle Fatih’s SFU are friendly, and the pick up times are accurate, however the pizza leaves some to be desired. Consistently, we’ll find the toppings don’t cover the whole pizza and the cheese is a bit on the light side. This leads to some slices that are literally half dough, which is pretty sad for whomever gets the slice. Some of our favourite pizzas are the Garlic Chicken pizza and Ricotta Cheese pizza. When picking up we like to add garlic sauce all over the pizza and it really adds to the flavour. I’m hoping either staff or management can take note and make improvements to their pizza. Until then it’s 3 stars for the food and 4 stars for service.

Their pizza was pretty awful. The bread had bubbles all over and the topping for their specialty pizza was so thin. I absolutely love their other locations and my best one is Brentwood. I was really disappointed in the quality of pizza they are making even though it’s a same franchise

I ordered a Canadian and Butter Chicken. I got a Hawaiian and Butter Chicken. It looked like a new employee was working in the front and needed more supervision.

Had one of the worst experiences of any fast food restaurant. I had to wait for 30 minutes over the time the asked me to arrive to pickup my order. And their customer service made this experience even worse, the employee didn’t even respond to me for a good while I was there and then asked me to wait while being rude throughout the whole interaction.

I am a BIG fan of Uncle Fatih. I even have a experience of working at Uncle Fitah when I was a student. Yesterday, I ordered two pizzas through Uber. The pizzas I got were not what I used to get. The reason why I really like Uncle Fatih is becuase their pizzas are full of toppings. As you can see in the attached photo, half of it is just dough with no toppings. I don't know if this is because I claimed $8 discount offered by the store or they just reduced the amount of topping. But yesterday it was truly disappointing experience.
