I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It was clean and quiet. The room is a bit dated but didn’t affect the functionality. The bathtub was slightly at a wrong angle so there were puddles of water by the time you finish showering. The price to performance ratio was decent but I thought it was still slightly overpriced. Overall though definitely a decent & comfortable stay if you need a place to crash.

I was having an absolutely terrible day and had to drive 5 hours to take my dog to a specialty veterinary clinic (Canada West) with almost no notice. I didn’t have a place to stay so my friend sent me info on Accent Inns in Burnaby, as it’s 400m from the clinic. I was sobbing when I arrived at the hotel. Connie helped me out and she was so kind and compassionate. She was extremely patient with me and helped me secure a room. Our room was clean and on the ground floor, so it was perfect for my other two dogs. We spent four nights there and had a lovely time. The grounds are well maintained so I didn’t have to worry much about my dogs eating trash, as there wasn’t any to be seen. It’s great that the room was clean and located near the vet clinic, but I really felt taken care of, by Connie in particular. The customer service was truly spectacular. Thanks to the amazing team at Accent Inns Burnaby for a great stay (even though it was under rough circumstances)!

My relative stayed here for a medical trip not only to find out there were bedbugs in room 356. They inspected the room she was in and told her there was nothing in her room and changed her to another room. Needless to say they know there is a bedbug issue and did nothing about it!!! Now she is happily in a better hotel with no issues no thanks to Accent Inn!!

Absolutely great experience with Accent Inns. Stayed at both their Burnaby and Victoria locations. Great rooms, great staff, pleasure to do business with. Rates were reasonable. Both locations had a restaurant attached to the building. Laundry facilities could have been better, but this will be my go to place to stay when traveling

Extremely noisy. No sound proofing within the building and from the outside. Door does not seal and is warped. Clean but old facilities. Basic Reno’s have been done. Pet fee of 20.00 does not provide anything such as doggy towels, blanket, poo bags etc. as the property advertises! These would help keep the room clean and render the 100.00 damage deposit unnecessary. Luckily I always travel with my own blankets to protect the bed and doggy towels to wipe my dog when coming in.

I was very pleased with my stay at Accent Inns Burnaby. It was easy to get to, there was ample parking, the staff were very nice and helpful, it was close by many amenities, the rooms were very nice, very clean, the beds were very comfortable. I will be staying there again.

5 stars for the friendly and attentive staff. I showed up tired and grumpy. When my blue sky key didn’t work they brought a key right to my room so I didn’t have to go to the desk. While there they went on to make sure my kitchenette had what I needed and brought me what wasn’t there. I couldn’t stay grumpy with the kindness shown. 5 stars for location…made it to North van in 10 mins, metro town in 15, ice rink in 10. Clean enough, comfortable enough and updated enough for the price. Would stay here and recommend to teams travelling together. Was able to use the lounge to play some cards and the team had great use of the hot tub and sauna.

This inn is clean and roomy. The staff is very nice! The room had 2 queen beds, a fridge and microwave, coffee maker and a tea kettle. The only unfortunate thing was they forgot to put tea bags in the room. I also wished they offered some kind of breakfast like the accent inn at Vancouver airport. All in all a good place to stay, central to pretty much everything that Vancouver and Burnaby have to offer. There is a coffee shop next door and a burger joint attached. Again, the staff are friendly and very accommodating!

It’s a ducking great hotel!!! (IYKYK) The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Appreciated their witty marketing and will certainly stay there again when we make our way up to that area! Ducking great stay!!

Comfy and clean room with an air conditioner that was very quiet and worked beautifully (so many hotels still have older ones). Service was excellent and having a door directly to outside was a bonus for our dog. We will be back!

Nice clean rooms, comfy beds, reasonably quiet at night. A bit difficult for my google maps to get me there. I would stay here again. A recommendation for the hotel, please add extra coffee, tea, etc when room is to be occupied by multiple guests.

Always a great place to stay if you’re in Burnaby or east Vancouver. Lots of parking, but still close to Skytrain. Comfy beds!! I was very fortunate to be checked in by an employee with a disability. He was new to the job and his coworker was very kind and helpful. This is great to see 🤩, keep it up.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. There were his and her sinks, towels were fresh, heated mirrors with two TVs. We had a kitchenette so made basic cooking super easy. Definitely recommend this hotel to travellers

We've visited several times and it's an excellent hotel. And though we just got here, this visit, are sure you'll live up to previous visits. You've helped us through a difficult time for our family. Dad's illness and death, making this much easier on us. Thank you.

Great staff, but if you require a wheelchair accessible room like our family does, STAY AWAY! The accessible room has a semi accessible shower (which desperately needs some love and care put into it) but the room layout does not leave enough space to even get through the front door with an adult sized chair and the furniture is so tight there is no way to manoeuvre. Calling this room accessible is very misleading.

It was my first time and I really enjoyed staying there. The location is very good, close to the shopping centers. The room is clean and comfy. The most important thing is the staff are very kind and welcoming. For sure, next time i visit Burnaby, I will stay there. Highly recommend 👌

This place is truly the absolute best! My stay is always great. I stay here for business and the entire staff just makes it feel like my home away from home. No kidding, they go above and beyond and it truly warms my heart. I normally don’t write reviews, because I feel like if you don’t hear from me, it’s a job well done. However, I wanted to send a special thank you to, Rhoda! Again the whole staff is wonderful, but Rhoda really is the icing on the cake. A very good basic motel. Check in was cordial and efficient. Room was clean, quiet and modern. Appliances worked. Beds were soft. Plenty of free parking. No breakfast on site, but there's a small cafe next door. We liked the cute rubber ducky sitting on the bath towels.

Have stayed here multiple times. Great value for cost. Clean. Happy employees. Treated our family very well. We will be back!

Rooms were clean and updated, but hotel isn't very sound proof. Easy to hear outside noises in the room. Great location for the training I attended and Skytrain was within walking distance. Would stay again.

We have stayed many times over the last 10 years. It's an okay place for n overnighter. Beds are not the most comfortable. Pillows very thick and dense, recommend you bring your own. Clean, great location to downtown. Stayed in worse, stayed in better. The big thing I cleanliness. And they keep things very, very clean

Rooms are clean and well supplied. But the staff here are the real gems - I saw several acts of random kindness where they went above and beyond for guests during our 4 night stay. Keep up the great work!

Had to stay in town for a trip to childrens hospital with my family and the staff were all very friendly, my room was clean, the location is fairly central to be able to get food and to get to the hospital, we overall had a good experience with this location. We typically choose Accent Inn for a hotel if it’s available in the city we are in and it’s always a great experience. My son loves the ducks in the room, has a little collection at home. We will be back if we need to be back in Burnaby again!

Nice clean hotel. Have stayed here several times. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Location is very central. Prices have gone up considerably but i suspect its the same for most hotels.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but thought Accent Inns really deserved 5 stars! Our room was clean and modern and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I suffer with arthritis, and often find sleeping anywhere other than my own bed a challenge. I was pleasantly surprised at how very comfortable the mattress was, and the pillows were perfection! We received service with a smile, easy check-in/out, and it was the kindness of the staff that made our stay so special.

We checked in late night, tired. The front office people we so cheerful and talkative that they brought us back to life. Room was good and we had a nice and comfortable sleep. Keep up the good work!!

My friends and I stayed for 2 nights . Rooms are clean with comfortable bed, Love the vanity washroom and good location near shops and restaurants.Amazing and friendly staff. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again.

Accent Inns was absolutely amazing from issues with checking in due to my bank, to making everything easy and completely stress free while our dog was in surgery and at the vet for the week we stayed. I've never had such a comfortable emergency situation in a city a 12 hours, well over half way across the province away. The room was incredibly clean, the water-closet feature (separate toilet and shower from sink) was lovely and I love that feature in hotels, the bed was so comfortable I'd had the best, longest sleep I've had in the past year and the AC was perfectly cold; quite the compliment from someone used to -5°C at this time of year! The "vacation" was certainly forced upon us with our poor girl requiring emergency surgery but Accent Inn Burnaby was the perfect place to be. We were so stressed we didn't even see that they had suite maintenance our first full day there but they were incredibly happy to accommodate us and schedule a time that we would be out of their way while they measured for their renovations. For what it's worth as well, I highly recommend anyone going to Canada West Veterinary that they stay here! Canada West recommends it due to location, and though being 600m away from the vet itself was incredible in itself, the other features such as ground floor suites and fantastic staff was just incredible. If you have a vet emergency and you're staying from out of town, let the front staff know and they'll make the process much easier for you. This includes but is not limited to taking off the pet deposit for any day your animal isn't in the suite while under vet care. The night desk staff when we arrived especially, Rhonda I think(?) was very helpful despite the issues with my bank, and had a fantastic chat about our love for dogs with my partner. I wouldn't hesitate even a second if asked to stay here again. I highly, highly recommend Accent Inns Burnaby! Thank you for being fantastic to our family!

Stayed here for a night. The place is dated but it's clean. The soundproofing is not very good but it's generally quiet at night. The place has a lot of little cute/funny signs and rubber ducks everywhere. The beds are comfy and the AC is really strong. The service is quite good. My room came with a little treats bag. While I was lying in bed, I noticed bugs falling on me and the bed. Turns out the ceiling had lots of little spiders crawling around! I called the front desk and they very quickly gave me a room change. They also had security come to check out the situation and to escort me to the new room. The security guy was very funny by the way.

I have stayed here several times over the years, it has always been a consistently great place to stay. The staff go above and beyond and are happy to accommodate guests. The rooms are always clean and the bed are exceptionally comfortable. The location works so well to cone and go from.

We stayed in a suite with a kitchen and separate bedroom. There was plenty of space and the king bed was very comfortable. The location is good since we try to limit driving in Vancouver. The Skytrain is an easy 7 min walk and there is a great cycle/walking path nearby going directly into downtown Vancouver. Bring your bikes, park your car and enjoy riding to all the beautiful Vancouver sights.

So we stayed in this hotel for three weeks and had a wonderful time. The hotel is within walking distance of public transportation, shops, restaurants, and everything you're going to need when you first start getting to know a city. The rooms and the building were very clean, all rooms had access to fresh air as they opened to balconies. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
