The first bite from the "Best Pizza in Town" makes a challenge to such a title, but all bites that follow sharply run in the opposite direction. This is cheap pizza, cheap ingredients, cheap layout (all toppings fall in the middle, no where near the edge) and very little care towards their product. The picture is the best I could make this pizza look, your eye will not be as forgiving.

Alright how can a cheese pizza be a 1 topping pizza? And the best one was pepperoni pizza is a 1 topping pizza was the same price. Really…. Come on…every pizza has cheese on it…pizza ain’t that great either. Customer service none. They don’t care for their customers. I asked politely how can cheese pizza be the same price as a 1 topping pizza - no answer. I asked politely again if I took off a topping on pizza would you adjust - she said we can’t calculate that but I go don’t you charge for extra toppings don’t you that’s your calculation. Cheese pizza should have its own price everywhere. She hung up on me pretty sad.

Order from here a few times a month. Always quick delivery! Always great. Never had any issues but then, I don't order paneer makhni pizzas... Staff is always friendly.

Had a semi good semi bad experience here. Staff and quality is good. Policy however is not. I was told if I want to order pizza to dine in, I have to order indian food initially then I can order a pizza which didn’t make sense at ALL, so I had to sit on the takeout side of the restaurant which wasn’t pleasant to eat. Staff behaviour and quality was good. Will not be coming back for dining in!

Should change their name to saffron pick up window since they don't actually have any pizza slices at lunch time as advertised

Person who answered the phone lied to me saying they have been closing at 930pm since Covid. I have been ordering from here for over 9 years and that's never been true... I literally ordered in January 2023 and was able to pick up a pizza at 940pm. MAYBE DON'T LIE TO CUSTOMERS WHO COME TO YOU ALL THE TIME. I live just down the street and I'm BEYOND disappointed. I'll be leaving 1 start reviews everyday. #liars We ordered from you twice a week. The workers KNEW my number and address right off the bat. They would giggle when I called... This is absolutely disappointing and sad to see this store going down the drain. The owners deserve better.

When they say it’s the best pizza in town they aren’t lying. I got the garlic lovers pizza and I’m not disappointed. Incredibly tasty. Staff was very kind and prompt. Will definitely be back!

Worst Experience ever! We ordered two pizzas last night before 9 pm. When we didn't get the pizza by 9:45, I called the store , but nobody picked up the phone. I kept calling till 10:15, then we drove to the store and they were closed. Their delivery guy brought the food at 10:25 and when i complained about their poor service he told me that it is what it is and left. I have never seen such poor customer service!

FOOD POISONING- We ordered 2 large paneer makhni pizzas from them before 2 days. Me and my husband both fell sick with upset tummies!! From the 1st bite, I felt something was not right, but couldn’t figure out what. My husband did not doubt anything. Also it seemed undercooked. Next day we both fell sick. And still continue to be so. What kind of quality are you serving guys??? Rotten food??? This was our first time, looking at the reviews. Will never be ordering again. I will definitely be sending an email to health officials.

Taste just like little Caesar’s gave up. Medium pizza for the price of something that can be considered decent cuisine. Lasagna was as if spitting in your face with how bold and lazy they clearly were giving you something worse than frozen lasagna. Was like eating hamburger helper and paying 5 times the price.

Pick up for the Indian restaurant next door food always smells very good reasonable price butter chicken naan etc about $15 for medium portion for 2 People

Only ordered a cheese pizza for my kid but we enjoyed it. Pretty average, but I'd have to try something with more toppings to be fair. It's actually a small auxiliary area attached to the Saffron Indian restaurant.

I was just charged 27 bucks for a medium 3 topping pie. The explanation given was friendly and courteous, but not believable. I have been a customer of the North Road location for more than 8 years. I have never paid more than 15 dollars. The delivery came to the Burnaby General Hospital, which is not far. No compensation was offered. I won't ever order here again. Easily my favourite pizza place in the greater Vancouver area. It has a reasonable crust that holds together not like some cheap places that make it paper thin. Solid layer of cheese on the top. Quality ingredients. I've tried most of the pizzas on the menu and all are awesome. Black Knight or Hot and Spicy are winter favourites as they warm you right up. Also very reasonable price, it is nice and filling, always have leftovers.

Adjacent to the great Safron Indian restaurant kitchen. Pizzas are fresh, delicious, prompt. Lots of vegetarian options. Our go-to for pizza. Not far from Paterson Station.

Best pizza factory franchise location I have tried. I think its because they share the kitchen with Saffron indian food. High quality ingredients very fresh.

First time I tried it and I loved it! It super tasty and the dough is so fresh to bite into. I will be recommending this to all my friends from now on if they want a really good pizza! I typically only eat up to two slices but with this pizza I had to eat more.

I've heard good things about both Saffron and Pizza Factory. My dad wanted Pizza for lunch yesterday so Pizza Factory came into my mind. My family and I did brief shopping at Save On and then phoned for 2 medium Pizza (Black Knight and Butter Chicken) it was ready in 30 minutes. They have separate entrance for Saffron and the Pizza Factory side. 2 Pizzas were fresh and yummy. Never knew Indian and Italian cuisine would be a perfect marriage of wonderful flavours! They were both pretty good. Butter Chicken pizza has a slight Indian flavour, but not too strong. I could taste butter chicken flavour in the meat. The size looked smaller than I thought, and I mistakenly thought the staff got the wrong order. It was the right size and had thin crust that I requested. Black Knight was tasty too. We also had 10% off after the total of $29.50. We had a great experience from here.

This has been my go to pizza place for over 25+ years and not once we’ve had this happen but a couple weeks ago we ordered pizza and there was a cockroach in our pizza box, in turned off of any take out ordering, so disgusting and the health department has been called!! Absolutely disgusting 👎🏼
