Pretty impressed as a newbie to Whitespot! I got the Farro Power Salad which was a fresh, vibrant and wholesome veggie bowl with pretty yummy flavor and good character, served efficiently and at low cost fare. My friend got the Summer Blue Salad and is a common go to option for her. Would visit again. Stay Canadian eh!

Really tasty! I really enjoyed my food here I got the cheese mushroom flat bread and my friend got the bacon cheddar burger with fries and coleslaw. They also have bottomless blackberry lemonade and it was really tasty my only complaint was the burger was a little dry and the fries were meh but otherwise I would have e given 5 stars. Definitely coming back and the service was fast and friendly ♡

I highly recommend the Humboldt squid appetizer 😋🤤😊....burgers were great hot n tasty... our server was Josh5937 he was very attentive to our needs...only 1 fault ( he forgot to bring me little bit of gingerale for my sangria..) all in all great place ...clean great atmosphere fabulous food!!! Will definitely 3at here again!!!

White Spot won't take reservations for 2, but we managed to find a both as requested during a weekday lunch hour. Service was fine. Had the Hot Chicken Salad (lemon-chargrilled fresh BC chicken breast and the Spot's salad) and it came with garlic bread. Tasty and quite filling as a lunch main with sizeable chunks of chicken.

I really like this White Spot out of all the ones I have been to. Feels spacious. Always clean, including bathrooms. Always great to excellent service. And most importantly, the food and coffee and their freshness is consistent at this location. I only wish I lived 10 to 15 minutes closer! Easily five stars!

We were quickly seated and I was unhappy with lack of accessible parking. The polite manager came immediately and provided contact information for the mall owners. The server was friendly and very accommodating of my dietary needs. Ashley was quick and very polite. We will definitely return to this location

I have been disappointed with another White Spot location so our family have taken our appetites to this location and it's has been good decision. On our last take-out order we had Mac&Cheese with fries and it was topped with lots of cheese, covering the entire container so we appreciated that. We also had the Beef Dip and there was a lot of beef in the sandwich and the dip was good. I only wished I had a little more dressing for my Caesar salad but otherwise a pleasant meal. Very surprisingly good. Not suggesting that I had bad intentions, just low expectations. I sat at the bar, my server Heather was delightful and I even ran into their manager Karin. The eggs Benny was on point. Typical hollandaise but good. I asked for extra toasted, but they were still under for my taste. All said and done, it was a great breakfast. My only suggestion and criticism are as follows: smashed potatoes are endless..... when you order your breakfast, as for an extra side at that moment.(spectacular!) On the low end, ketchup packs ..... no thanks. My thoughts are always my own, adjust as you see fit. Thumbs up for a breakfast place, for sure!

It’s a nice place. Foods were yummy but service wasn’t enough honestly. She put the receipt before we ask and didn’t refill the coffee. We had to look for her and ask for refill. Thank you anyway.

First time back since they reopen for dine in and the food was really good as usual. I like that they still offer printed menus as some other Whitespot locations asks you to scan a QR code to get the menu. Because of the pandemic, the menu is limited and prices seems to have gone up. Service was pretty slow though. Even though it wasn't very busy when I was there, the waitress rarely came by.

Food is very much comfort food at a good price. COVID-19 restrictions strictly observed. Staff very easy to deal with.

This location has the Truffle Cheeseburger.... the truffle cheeseburger. That is enough reason to make the trip to this location.

Oh my. The cooks on the line on Remembrance Day (dinner service) absolutely KILLED IT with our burgers. They were SO GOOD that my dad and I ordered a second to share 😊 We waited a bit for a booth (at our request) and the host put us in a row of chairs in a walkway near the host stand. We would have been better tucked around within the waiting area where the four of us would have been further away from the staff that walked by (we were within 2 meters of them all) but no biggie as they were all in masks so we felt safe. All in a pleasant experience for my family.

My friends and I went on Christmas Eve day for lunch. I really like the chicken fingers and Caesar salad. I don't venture off the menu too much. That's just how I am. We did wait quite a while and I would have really appreciate it if the host had come and said something when we reach the 20 minute mark which is what they said we would have to wait. The waitress was amazing! I wish I could remember her name.

Hamburger pretty dry amd a lot of the fries were overcooked

Ordered for online pickup for 645 pm at 500pm. Needed to wait an extra hour after pickup time till the food finally came out. Super disappointed at service and food was cold. Waited 45 minutes after the ordered pick up times for this and they forgot part of our order!

Decent place and good waffles. I gave it a 4 because the turkey dinner tasted like it was from something frozen. I'll definitely return but won't get the turkey dinner again.

Thought it might be a bit quieter here (first time this location) as it's a bit more out of the way and off in the corner. It was actually more popular than I expected (which is good for them). Service was good, food was good, and it has your typical nice White Spot styling inside. It's not far from home, and I'll certainly go there again.

The hostess/waitress Casey was friendly, hard working and tending tables. My fish and chip meal was served hot and delicious! This was a rare treat to dine out and a wonderful meal to enjoy, in a very clean, restaurant environment!

First time at this location. It is probably one of the nicer White Spots I have been to. Large restaurant with a lovely patio. We were a large party which can be challenging for servers. She did a wonderful job! She was super pleasant and totally on top of all our needs. Would definitely to this location again if in the area.

Been to this White Spot location many times since they first opened. Generally, they're fairly dependable. Food is what you expect as a chain... Nothing too surprising but nothing too bad either. The chicken cobb salad was pretty good. I prefer when they actually slice the chicken before putting it on top of the greens since it can be difficult cutting on top of the salad. Dry ribs had pieces that were quite large. I kind of wish they had broken them down a bit (instead of a big hunk of meat with a couple of pieces of bones in each piece). But otherwise, it was satisfying. As a family restaurant, noise levels can be a bit loud.

They converted almost all of their accessible parking spots into delivery driver spots. Watched an old lady with a walker go all the way across the parking lot. While waiting for a table, I used the washroom, which was disgusting and didn't have soap. You would think given the history of White Spot, they'd be more on top of cleanliness and health standards. I walked out.

Dined for 4 decades at various White Spot restaurants but first time at this location. Quick and friendly service, food nicely prepared, music volume appropriate, nice new building, climate control perfect and coffee arriving on a plate - nice touch some WS have dropped. Best WS I have been to and if the weekday morning experience can be replicated on a busy weekend on next visit, the 4's will all become 5 stars.

Convenient location if you’re in South Burnaby. Large restaurant with lots of tables, clean and modern interior, and friendly staff. We both ordered our favourite White Spot meals and weren’t disappointed.

We had an awesome experience with excellent customer service. For the appetiser, we tried Chicken with honey mustard. We tried the Fish and Chips and BC Chicken burger. Both came with coleslaw salad, fries and dipping. We also tried Zoo Stick - Zuchchini sticks. It was filling that made our tummy to fill so quick. Food was hot, fresh and great in portion. Loved our visit !

Maybe I came on a wrong day but I wasn't very impressed with the service and the food. It seemed like this location was understaffed, took us a long time to even get our waters! Didn't seem like the waitress was very attentive. Didn't ask us how things are tasting. She took our orders and ran off, I was barely able to ask her questions about the menu regarding a food allergy. As for the food, the donburi rice bowl was a bit dry and bland. Broccoli was raw.

The service was excellent. The food was hot and good. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was here.

We ordered a seafood fetuchini in creamy rose very very very delicious and a turkey dinner the turkey was a little bit dry and a little bit bland but over all very good, lovely dinner great portions and very good service! Photo I'll gonna upload it later !!

Sweetest service for a restaurant in a prime location. I've eaten there on a few occasions and loved the atmosphere, the food and especially the unlimited potatoes. They were the bomb! Can't wait to get back there.

We ordered online from White spot in Markets Crossing on Marine drive last night. One hamburger came literally bare, no lettuce, tomato, triple o sauce. All the rest of ur order was cold and not at all up to the standard of W/S.We are very loyal fans but this is the worst experience and food ever.
