I stumbled upon this place while looking at meal delivery apps. They're a mixture of Korean and Western foods. While browsing their menu I came across their Bulgogi burger. I have to say it's one of the best burger's I've eaten. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. I also frequently order their chicken wings when its on Buy 1 get 1 free. They're pretty good. One thing I love about this place is that they always add a little something extra "on the house" . It's a nice touch and makes you feel valued as a customer

This was my first time visiting again since the change in ownership. The service was fantastic, the waitresses were all really friendly and very attentive. We got the assorted tempura platter and the waitress warned us it was a lot for two people and they were not kidding, it was huge and such a good deal! It also came with a whole assortment of sauces. We will definitely be back to try more things on the menu!

I really love this pub even I’m a young asian. Very nice treating from servers, especially the manager and owner! Good foods, good drinks and enjoyable mood! This is the must-enjoy place Really good!!

I love this place. I pick up food almost every Sunday while my kids do their activity near be. Food is well priced and delicious…. The staff are adorable, kind, awesome…Just love the energy at this establishment. They definitely have their regular customers, but even they are welcoming! Great place… if I lived closer, my husband and I would do a regular date night here. Try it! You won’t be disappointed:)

I ordered mushroom pasta and veggie spring rolls. They sent me complimentary bread fried prawns!! Loved the food over all. Although the pasta sauce was a bit runny but it tasted good. The fifth start is for the complimentary prawns and the lovely smiley face on the box. 😀

Came here with my cousin after work today. I ordered a beer, Pepsi, and $60 worth of food. My cousin and I went to the smoking section outside the pub. One of the bar staff ran outside to my cousin to ask for his id. I understand that people leave restaurants without paying but we had one sip of our beer and pop…. None of the food had arrived. We would have been leaving under 10 dollars of a bill…. Not much of a score….? The management as a whole became very apologetic and friendly after I mentioned that we just moved into the area and work in the film industry with thousands of co workers recommending restaurants and bars on a daily basis. On top of everything they messed up our food order as well. I appreciated the tequila shots they gave us as well as cooking the correct meal. For this I tipped my standard %15 which was a lot higher than I had planned. Unfortunately it was too late for me to change my mind. I will not be back here and I will be letting my large network in the Film industry to not waste their money here. I hope that this will teach the owners to act more respectfully when people use their smoking sections. Not everyone wastes their time and effort dine and dashing on a bill.

Friendly atmosphere and good food, what more could I want for my neighborhood pub! I really like the California salad and parmesan fries. Those beautiful lacey things are gyoza, yum! I've been going to Oliver Twist through its many reincarnations and yes, several years ago it was sketchy. The current owners are lovely and do the cooking and serving themselves. The 3.8 star rating is not fair anymore.

An amazing surprise when we went in. Definitely a local pub that has regulars, but we still felt welcomed. The service was great, attentive, quick and friendly. I had the Oliver Twist Burger and it was delicious. There was a sauce they called burger mayo that they said is made in house and was really good. My partner had nachos with chicken and it was decent as well, but the chicken could have been diced and spread out that would be my only real criticism. Other than that he liked them. Hopefully this will be our new go to place.

The best pub ever. I visited here with my friend and we ordered the nacho for the first time. That was super awesome!! If you like the Korean bulgogi, you definitely love this plate. If you never try the Korean bulgogi, you should try this one then you will fall in love with this fantastic pub. Friendly service, variety drink and delicious food. I would like to visit this pub every single day, if i live near by. 😍

Absolutely amazing establishment! They accommodated my son's hockey team dinner of 45 people. We submitted our order ahead of time, and was able to get our food in a very timely manner! They were on top of all drink orders. Our waitress, Lucy, was absolutely fantastic! The food was great and service was very above and beyond!!

The place has gone down hill the last 10 years. That was the last time i was there. The place is clean but the clientele is questionable.. had a kid high on something come in twice and have to be escorted out. There was an old timer in a wheel chair trying to start a fight over some covid conversation. He seemed like a regular. The management did calm him down but it was embarrassing for me and my client I was with.

I ordered from here a few weeks ago and forgot to leave a review! The take out was great! Sushi was standard, but the pasta and takoyaki blew me away! The staff also threw in some free wings with my order which I thought was so sweet :-) I highly recommend the mushroom pasta with shrimp added on top. But if you're getting takeout the pasta could be a little messy- other than that super yummy! Thanks!

Looking for a quick lunch and stumbled on this place. They have a new menu with specials until 3. I got the basic burger which had lots of fixings including cheese and salad instead of fries. The burger was cooked perfect and tasted great. The salad had lots of variety including strawberries and broccoli. If you are In the area check it out.

I ordered the Bulgogi burger and it was the best beef burger I ever had. The burger was juicy and the veggies were fresh, most importantly the quantity of the buns surprised me. Absolutely delicious. Oh, thank you for the tasty dumplings you added free of cost. :) Next time it will be a dine in for sure.

What a great time out! Two things I can criticize here is the surf and turf, shrimp cooked to perfection but the steak, which I ordered medium turned out to be blue rare and quite cold. I recommend the steak is cooked to medium and seasoned heavier, take off the teriyaki sauce and put a ginger soy will make the dish so much better. Just my opinion. Don’t let that take away from the rest of the great items. I ordered two orders of wings on wing night and she charged me the regular price, and then charged me 2 dollars for extra hot sauce that didn’t come. Besides that, I love the layout of the menu, such unique variety. From wings to dynamite rolls. All and all a dope spot! Definitely coming back.

Their bulgogi hamburger is a hit!! So good.. If you visit there on Monday or Tuesday they have a hamburger deal!! So the price is right too. The server is friendly but sometimes I could not understand her English but who cares the food is good!!

This pub was taken over in June of 2020. The food is amazing!!! I recommend the Oliver Twist Benny or the Oliver Twist Burger, both are delicious!!!

Classic looking dive bar in the south of Burnaby. Got a really old vibe when I walked in. I wonder how long this place has been around. I found it strange that a pub/ grill was serving Japanese food like sushi, karaage, and donburi. Didn't really feel like a pub in that way. We ended up trying the Karaage and a couple of pitchers of beer. All was adequate. Nothing special overall. You get what you pay for here. Server was really nice, but could have been more attentive to the patio area. This place seems to be having an identity crisis, but is a suitable place to grab a beer in the Edmonds area.

Had the Bulgogi burger and was very disappointed. It was very damp, The buns were drenched in all the juices and the patty itself didn't taste good enough to offset that. Burger size was pretty good though. Can't recommend it at $18, maybe for $10

I only gave 3 stars on atmosphere just because the music Saturday night of J Lo and like 3 in a row of Rihanna just didn't go with the classy atmosphere, to me its always been a classic rock n roll place for 30 years but I haven't been here in 20 years so. Small local pub. Had the wings that are on sale till the end of 2020 Amazing . I would make this a destination by weekly. The beer was cold lots of local beers on tap.

Came here as wanted to try out as we pass by often. The place is Korean owned so it has some variation of food. We got the bulgogi burger, chicken tacos and wings for happy hour ( 3pm to 6pm ). The wings and burgers are part of happy hour ($9.95 wings and $13.95 burgers) The bulgogi burger was big, juicy and saucy. The bun was soft and it was good. We got the honey garlic wings so they are normal. We didn't go for the spicy ones as we didn't feel like it tonight. Maybe next time. They only have beef or chicken tacos and you can't mix and match. It's either 3 beef or 3 chicken. I thought there were pork and fish variety too but it's just two options. We chose chicken since we already had bulgogi. The tacos were good but wished we could mix and match. Staff are friendly and our server came to check on us to see if we needed anything else. The prices are decent.
