    People here saying the staff here are friendly are complete liars. The staff and the manager are incompetent and rude. When customers ask to charge $20 to their card, they mean to use the amount to pay for the coffee as well. Learn basics.

    Every time i go to this location i’m continuously disappointed. The workers behind the counter seem to always be gossiping and act as if customers trying to talk to them is an inconvenience to them. My drinks come out short, and the flavouring is left in the bottom of the cup rather than mixed in the drink. On too of that i asked for extra cold foam and my cup had more room in it than a normal drink. Note to self just go elsewhere. This place sucks.

    Ordered a drink with lactose free milk, I didn't see it prepared but when I asked if it was lactose free milk they said yes. I know that it wasn't now because it destroyed me later that day. Why would you lie 😭Also I had to pay extra for that option

    When I got my large coffee it feels pretty light, and after I got home within 3mins and opened the lid it shows 1/3 were bubbles... feel cheated.

    Coming here more often has given me great comfort since my husband's passing. The staff are so compassionate and caring and one individual knows my warm drink when I come in without me needing to say it. He still gives me the cheer even when I am not in the best of moods. I want to thank the staff for giving me the little joy I need especially during this time now that the holidays are around the corner.

    Just don't come here. I ordered 10 times regular coffee and 9 times I got cold ones. Tired of carelessness of the staff. The shop doesn't care their clients suppose to have regular hot coffee, not the lum warm one which may have been sitting there for 20 mins. Just don't come here. Go to the Tim Horton in the same building. Hope this Starbuck store can shut dowm so that a better shop can move in.

    I have been going to this location regularly and I usually order my coffee with my mobile. They serve coffee quickly, and the staffs are so friendly every time I go there. There is no entering door to get into the store, so it’s easy to access with the stroller.

    After ordering my latte I waited over 15 minutes after paying to get my order, eventually I had to leave without my latte as I was getting late for an appointment. The staff was pleasant, and friendly, I don’t know what the solution would be, but waiting 15 minutes+ is too long.

    Always had my favourite drink on weekends. Always tastes better. I got chai tea latte with matcha foam on top. But the tea gets cold very easily just after 5 minutes. I like to enjoy my coffee sip by sip.

    I really like this location of the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. It’s clean and very close to the food court. Their mobile app works really well for order ahead/ pick-up. There is limited seating, but it is a short walk to the food court across the from the Starbucks (on the second floor)

    Order americano misto and oat bar. They missed the oat bar, not a problem. Got my misto and walked to car and noticed it was black no milk. Walked back to at least get some cream. Long line up. Unable to get anyone's attention at the bar. Left my drink there and walked away.

    he worst employees working at this starbucks. Few days back I ordered a drink and I forgot to say no ice and the employee became so rude with me and said you did not order no ice and i was not demanding new drink, i just simply said could you please make this no ice. May be that employee had fight with someone and she was taking out on me. I also work in food restaurant but never ever treated customers like this. This was my experience few days back. Today, in the morning, i ordered bakery item and said could you please warm it up and the employee said in a very rude tone please see the option in mobile app to warm up as i ordered mobile ordered. It was morning and sometimes a person in is sleep does not notice, asking for warming up does not charge extra i hope. Then today in the afternoon i ordered a drink and asked , is it possible to order a cup of ice (at pick up station) because i already got my drink, then i was hoping she can get me ice in a cup and asked me to line up. And then two of thie employees were laughing at me and whispering about asking for cup ice at order pick up line. I almost spend like 10 dollar every day for on this starbucks and was ignoring everything has happened but it is too much. Other locaions of starbucks are very friendly and always smile, you should keep one thing in mind that if you go and order and get same customer service what would you do. Ridiculous. I spend my money to get this type of customer service. Change your staff and hire kind hearted people.

    I think it depends on your luck, if you got a good cashier/ and barista. I had a good experience today because I am a coffee drinker but for once I need to order a drink to share with my toddler. The cashier, named Ace, gave a few options but the one he first thought of was double chocolate chip frap. Ie no coffee but just mocha syrup. It was a hit for the family. Thanks for the suggestion Ace.

    Clean, spacious, and modern store on the corner section of the mall with some seating on the side. I ordered a drink on the mobile app and got it within 5 minutes. Staff is efficient and gets the job done. Location is on the second floor right across from the food court.

    I really don't like to leave bad reviews, but not in this case. It took this team 15 minutes to get my drink ready.
