I’ve been going to AIM consistently for almost 10 years. I initially had significant food-sensitivity issues that no one else could help me with (ie, MDs, my family doctor, specialists, etc.). When I first saw Dr. Courtney (naturopath) in 2013, she immediately determined what was wrong with me, based on running a couple of food panel tests to root out my sensitivities. After significantly modifying my diet in accordance with the results, I noticed the symptoms that had been plaguing me and lowering my quality of life (fatigue, energy drain, mental fog, headaches, breathing issues from overproduction of phlegm) improved considerably. Today, and for many years since, they’ve been a non-factor. Dr. Courtney’s also educated me about developing great sleep habits (sleep hygiene) and recommended numerous supplements (calcium, magnesium, vitamin D, Cortisol Manager, just to name a few) that have further improved the quality of my life. Her advice and treatments have always been very helpful to me. I also regularly see Dr. Amber (chiropractic) at the clinic. Due to my active lifestyle and workout adventures over the years, I’ve dealt with various injuries. Her adjustments, active release therapy (ART), and patient education have made all the difference in me overcoming past injuries, staying healthy, and appreciating/understanding the human musculoskeletal system. These days, I see her for maintenance of my body, which I wouldn’t trust to many other professionals. I’ve also gotten great recommendations for supplements (fish oil, collagen) from her that have improved my quality of life a lot. I’ve seen Dr. Calvin (chiropractic) less frequently, but his adjustments and treatments are always consummate and help me a great deal. I’ve also been treated by Nicole (RMT) on numerous occasions and have been impressed with her techniques and knowhow of how the body works. In short, everyone I’ve seen here has been phenomenal. But I want to specifically say that Drs. Courtney and Amber are an absolute credit to their respective professions. Not only are they very skilled, but their enthusiasm for improving people’s lives is second-to-none. I very much appreciate how they talk to you in an accessible and casual way, without all the highfalutin speech that doctors sometimes get into. If you want a clinic that’s run well and empowers you to be free of problems with your body and mind, so you can focus on what you want to do in your life (career, personal/professional relationships, extracurricular activities, etc.), then I highly, highly recommend AIM. Take it from someone who gets it.

Aurora Integrative Medical is THE place I attend immediately anytime I am injured and their staff (Amber and Drew) operate at the highest capacity. Private medical cost comes at premium, in this case it’s 100% worth it. Additionally, the practitioners that I see here are very proactive and ensure that my body is always functioning at its highest potential. They treat you on site and I always leave feeling healed and refreshed. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.

I love Aurora!! Great place for chiro, massage, naturopath and acupuncture! Especially Love Amber, she keeps my body aligned on a regular basis and keeps me feeling good! AIM is a one stop shop for your chiropractic/ RMT / naturopathic / acupuncture and related services clinic! I've been going here for a few years now and use most of the services as I like to be proactive about my health. I really like that each of my practitioners can communicate with each other in regards to any issues I might be experiencing, so that they work together as a team rather than individually. I'm in my late 40's, active/ running / work at a desk - so I mostly use chiropractic / naturopath / acupuncture services here at AIM and I highly recommend the practitioners here!. Also like to mention the reception staff are fantastic and friendly!

I went to go see Dr.Drew from Aurora integrative Medical well over a year ago for a number of reasons. After having my 2 babies I was left with a number of health concerns (to name a few -massive candida overgrowth, migraines almost daily, digestion issues, exhaustion and very anxious most of the time) and just not feeling myself at all. After some tests (food sensitivity, hormone screening, thyroid and iron panel work) Dr.Drew was able to get to the bottom of my issues. With some supplements he prescribed, some dietary changes , support for my thyroid and iron as well as amazing guided advise from him, I am happy to say this is the best I have ever felt. I have energy and a zest for life back. Headaches if I do get them ever are moderate and very manageable, candida is gone and my digestion is finally normal. I owe a lot it to not just his knowledge but the care he took to get all the information needed to move forward and fix my issues. Love this integrated clinic so much. The holistic approach to getting to the root cause of body pains before treating is refreshing. Jacky, the osteopathic doctor is phenomenal and his knowledge of body systems and how each and every part of you is connected to another is astonishing. I highly recommend!

I was in Burnaby for a girls weekend and saw Amber for an adjustment. Her care was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. She was able to recognize immediately imbalances in my body and gave me advice on how to correct them at home. The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming and kind. After years of bouncing around from practitioner to practitioner, a friend recommended I go see Amber at AIM. I am so pleased I listened! Amber is always quick to determine what is out of line in my body, and provide effective treatment as well as advice to prevent further injury! Several times I have arrived at my appointment in extreme pain and have left 20 minutes later feeling significantly better (physically and mentally!). I have also had a few prolotherapy injections with Dr. Drew which have been very effective. I was nervous about the injections, but Dr. Drew's calm, skilled and informative approach put me at ease. Dr Calvin is an amazing chiropractor! He takes the time to figure out what’s wrong and dedicates a lot of energy into helping his patients. Other chiros seem to just do the same thing for everyone but he really tailors his practice to each patient.

As my Sebaceous cyst under my breast area was growing, Royal Colombian hospital suggested for a biopsy after the mammogram and ultrasound testing. I keep on searching for a possible cure without biopsy, and it came to my mind to make an appointment on acupuncture (a traditional Chinese method). I found Aurora Integrative Medical clinic nearby and give it a try. Got scheduled 4 sessions with Catherine, and every visit she is very knowledgeable where to insert the needle in multiple acupoints focusing how to rebalance your body energy and drain the blockage that cause pain and disease. On my 2nd visit, I can feel the cyst shrink, and on my 4th visit, it’s totally gone. I visited Royal Colombian Hospital again for an ultrasound and they couldn’t find the cyst. Thank you Catherine for being an excellent acupuncturist.

My family and I have been coming to AIM for the last 5 years. In our efforts to grow our family, I experienced recurrent pregnancy losses, and the naturopathic doctors of AIM were wonderful in coming alongside of me to support my goals. I first met Dr. Amber when I brought my daughter in when she was just a few months old. My daughter had torticollis and as a new mom, I was quite stressed about what I should do to best support her.
