Very bad service and overpriced hotel!! The air conditioner was very very noisy and full of dirt and fungus. There was a spider inside the refrigerator nesting its web. Also the refrigerator was very noisy!!

I love their roof top where you can have a cold beer while overlooking heliopolis. Don't expect anything fancy or hip. It's old-school and you'll feel like the place is somehow stuck in the 70s, and the service is sometimes slow(except for beer) but it's real and not pretentious and the waiters are very nice.

Great place to sit with friends on the rooftop. They offer alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks and also food for a good prices. You have to enter the hotel and then take an elevator or stairs to the last floor. Toilets are clean, polite staff and you can pay by card.

This is rating belong to their roof top , overall it's nice. Hard drink prices are acceptable unless its butler or ID it's more than 130 which doesn't make sense to me. They usually serve mezza as well with them Place has outdoors but unfortunately few tables like 8 or 10 so if you come 7ish in weekend you might actually miss a place out. The indoors is heavily smoke smell I couldn't tolerate it Staff is very friendly. Veiled are accepted to enter the place

Nice place, reasonable prices, cool staff. Although the prices are somehow ok but they don't have many choices, the stake was not as I've expected but givin the price.. short story long, get snacks there, main course somewhere else. Loved the seats, so comfy. Love the variety of alchohol. Clean, neat, lights good, AC bad.. Overall 6/10

My All time favorite place! Cozy, Relaxing, Lovely and quiet. Closes at 3 Am. No cocktails unfortunately. The waiters are so slow most of the time, but it doesn't bother me. Unfortunately they raised the prices recently, but the minimum is still the lowest compared to others.

This review is about the bar on the roof, not the hotel itself. It does have a nice vibe, a cozy atmosphere and a calming view, but the prices are ridiculously high!! 130 EGP for a simple RTD that only sells for 35 EGP? 75 EGP for a Meister beer? Not to mention that half of the items on the menu are not available. Oh, and you pay 28% extra on the prices listed on the menu for taxes and service, which is a really disingenuous move. This is Egypt, not the USA, list the full price! At least this bar gets a point for offering shots instead of having to pay for a whole bottle, which is kind of uncommon in Egyptian bars.

It is nice to go from time to time. Their roof is nice, especially in Autum time. Their prices are okay. Food is not so tasty yet good, and the portion is small.
