    Best customer service I’ve ever received from an airline office in Egypt… This is my 4th time to deal with this office and wow. Very friendly and helpful. Ms. Heba helped me get the best price for the dates I needed and this is my second time dealing with her. Always with a smile and very helpful. Same with the Branch Mgr who helped me in the past upgrade my seats while it was impossible online. Thank you
