It was a good experience but overpriced 🤏🏻 I ordered hot chocolate at the beginning, it was tasty but not rich of chocolate. Then i ordered creamy chicken pasta , i give it 4/5 .

Fantastic! I liked it so much as it serves nice coffee , quick service , nice staff , comfortable seats indoors in a well air conditioned space, quotes are offered with every drink which can be considered as a nice idea. But the drainage system of the central air conditioning needs to be maintained as the droplets of condensation water were falling on us and on the table.

I love this place. It’s cozy, clean, and serves some delicious dishes. We missed breakfast so we bought the tuna and turkey sandwiches, they were great and almost gourmet. The fries were spiced with some cinnamon mixture that totally elevated their taste. The coffee is nice. I recommend this place to anyone looking for good food in a cozy place especially when it’s sunny enough to sit outdoors.

The interior design and decor is classy and looks good, I have nothing against it, but their prices are ABSURDLY HIGH ! I paid 310 for just double Turkish coffee, one water bottle and Shisha!!! One of the waiters didn't seem to understand what my order too , so I had to just order coffee! The overall experience was okay, however, if you are willing to lose tons of money for just a cup of coffee and Shisha this is your place!

He forced us to set in a Specific table calming that it was reserved whoever less than 10 minutes later group of friends had arrived and set in the exact table we wanted… i went to them and i asked .. they told me the didn’t had any reservations.. i asked the manager again he told me in a very aggravating way this is the place, policy …… later on same situation happened in front of me with other people and they complained about it. The place is very crowded and the tables really stuffed and sooooo Dirty.. last thing the food is really usual nothing impressive specially the Roast beef sandwich was wet and literally disgusting.. Staff are very polite and professional with amazing knowledge of the menu, however a little prompting is required if you want to have the perfect dining experience, like for two pasta dishes and two pizzas, we had to ask for the parmesan cheese to add on top by ourselves, the Margharitta pizza was very dry and very bland with huge bald spots devoid off any flavour, usually in such nice places you'll have a pepper mill for fresh pepper but no luck, valet service is great if you drive, and the place is right across the street from the metro "underground" station, which is very convenient for diners.

The place is beautiful but unfortunately the customer service and food is horrible and overpriced!! The food is nothing special and yet priced so high, we ordered the most basic coffee and drinks and ended up paying 630 Egyptian pounds. On top of all of that, the manager and waiters have no respect for their customers until we told them that we are visiting from outside of Egypt.

I found the decor impressive yet understated. The menu is extensive but not over priced. I ordered the cheesy foccacia as a starter and followed it with the smoked salmon salad. Both were delicious and the portions were generous. I had the baked cheesecake for dessert which was the perfect texture and not too sweet. The service was excellent. My friend ordered coffee after our meal and received a little message to brighten her day. We will definitely be back.

I love Charlie’s, I come to work here sometimes. Nice vibes, great menu, good value for money compared to other places in the same category, attentive staff, they also have power points if you have a laptop. Sherif the Director of operations seem to be on top of everything himself. And during Christmas they play Christmas songs 🎄

Bad food good place. The place is definitely nice and classy between old heritage Heliopolis buildings. However the food wasn’t that great. At least for what I got. The tacos were in Tortilla bread which was weird and soft. The burger was so dry I was bored from the first bite. I mean it’s egypt after all. It’s hard find proper tacos and tortillas.

Charlie’s has a quiet and comfortable atmosphere with lovely outdoor and indoor seating. We ordered the Zataar Bun and it was amazing. The Shakshuka was excellent flavor and texture, perfect to share. The coconut yogurt was fresh and presented beautifully. Along with coffee and tea, this combination was perfect for two people for brunch.

Very cozy place and the service is excellent. I tried the baked camembert and the spinach artichoke dip and they were excellent. The cappuccino was very small comparing to its price but hot beverages comes with a small roll of paper that has a lucky quote, which I find very cute. I will definitely go back to Charlie’s again.

A Special Place in Korba where you can enjoy the fresh air with a great desgin or a fancy classic indoor. The Cleaniness is Great and Covid Precautions are well taken. Using Qr Codes for menus brilliant idea. The Service was on top and Staff were friendly. Food Quality and Quantity are great and very decorative style. It was a really delicious breakfast 100 percent recomended. Their Coffee is just as good as that of TBS Or even better with a little note to brighten your lovely day. One of the best if not the best cafe in Heliopolis. The details are well studied to give you an experience of fine dining cafe like no other. Coffee comes with a nice quote, amazing coffee aroma and vintage ceramic cup. Decor is unique. Even the bill comes in a nice folder made from straw. Staff are tentative and welcoming. A must try in korba. Happy to be here. I believe winter mornings will be like no other here too in the outdoor area.

One of my fave restaurants in Cairo. Beautiful decoration, friendly staff and most importantly the food is soooo goood. Highly recommended.

The ambience of the place is really nice and the people are friendly. However, for breakfast, I felt the menu was lacking and the portions were a bit small. We also ordered 4 dishes (for 4 people) and 1 of the plates was super late (everyone else was almost done with their food) and although we complained several times about it and were noticeably annoyed, they never really tried making it up for us. I guess we had better expectations for the place and it turned out to be a very bland, forgettable experience.

Although today was my first time to Charlies, it had a very homey and comfortable feeling, it's for sure not to be the last time. We sat outside, the weather today was great, the atmosphere was just right. The services was prompt and polite, the food was as very tastly and well presented.
