Hospital
has
the
worst
management
you
can
deal
with
from
the
first
reception
and
admission
to
the
hospital
until
the
customer
service
and
patient
experience,
and
they
are
supposed
to
be
the
destination
of
the
place.
I
am
submitting
my
complaint
to
the
Ministry
of
Health
and
Dr.
Hazem
about
the
mistreatment
and
negligence
of
its
employees.
I
am
a
patient
with
them
and
the
surgery
date
was
postponed
more
than
once
without
an
apology
or
notification
of
any
developments.
I
knew
from
the
outside
who
the
doctor
treating
me
was
and
I
did
not
receive
any
official
apology.
My
complaint
is
against
the
customer
service
manager,
Mr.
Karim.
Jamal
and
his
entire
team
do
not
know
anything
about
patient
service
and
satisfaction.
They
only
deal
with
lies
and
hypocrisy.
I
will
not
give
up
on
this
complaint
and
will
escalate
the
matter
to
the
highest
centers.
My
complaint
is
against
Dr.
Hoda,
customer
service
and
patient
experience.
She
has
no
taste
in
dealing
with
patients.
I
am
sick
in
my
room,
and
she
entered
and
banged
on
my
room
door
in
a
frightening
and
forceful
manner,
attacking
and
recklessly.
When
I
asked
who
had
knocked,
she
said
coldly,
“I
am,”
and
mocked
my
words.
She
was
supposed
to
go
in
to
see
if
there
was
any
problem.
She
does
not
know
how
to
deal
with
patients..
They
do
not
know
anything
about
me.
Humanity
and
comfort
for
the
patient.
I
received
false
promises
from
them,
knowing
that
the
price
of
the
operation
was
not
easy.
I
submitted
a
previous
complaint
and
the
response
to
the
complaint
from
Professor
Karim
Gamal
was
that
everything
he
said
to
me
was
just
a
courtesy
and
he
does
not
want
to
confront
me
until
now
and
does
not
want
to
apologize
because
he
knows
very
well
that
he
was
wrong
and
has
nothing
to
do
with
it.
It
is
boldness
and
I
will
not
allow
this
farce.
He
interferes
with
personal
matters
at
work
and
is
the
cause
of
all
the
problems.
There
is
no
oversight
of
his
actions
and
this
is
not
my
first
complaint
about
him.
He
has
no
conscience
even
with
his
employees
and
it
is
not
an
example
for
him
to
be
a
manager
for
me
in
any
hospital
administration.
There
is
no
coordination
or
even
correct
appointments.
.
Mismanagement
and
inhumane
treatment
of
patients..
A
very
bad
hospital,
and
I
will
not
deal
with
them
again
