A totally fraud company. Everything they promise before taking money is just a LIE.. they just want to make money but don't even know the P of professionalism. None of the staff have the basic etiquettes of handling guests. They ruined my entire trip to Luxor, Aswan and Hurgada ... They change their plan everyday without any intimation..
