The home, room and neighborhood were nice. The man who received us was kind and welcoming. But once we had brought our luggage in we were unwelcomed by a nagging woman who has poor tact and zero people skills. No hello, no introduction to who she is, just complaints about where we parked our car and not calling ahead to check about our pet. Even though this place is listed as pet friendly they should have a warning that she is not guest friendly. Maybe if the guy was the only one handling the business this place would be 5 stars.

The place looks nice enough. Breakfast is okay. However, you can only pay cash and they tried to make us pay twice for the already overpriced ($33) shuttle service from the airport. Shower was cold. Far from the beach.

Highly recommend! We were welcome by a gentleman who spoke English and showed us to our room. He also had cold pitcher of water on arrival which I definitely appreciate after a long flight. Location was a bit confusing for our driver so make sure you have the address, screenshot of map location, and phone number in case the driver needs help. The hospitality here was great also. We only stayed one night since we had a large group that was going to be in the following day and had plans to stay at hotel zone resort. We were able to leave our luggage here as my husband and I went out on a 12 hour tour. All items in luggage was safe and a very nice female staff even help us get a taxi service to meet up with our group after we returned from our tour. Thank you so much!

My room was gorgeous, the couple who owns the place were absolutely the sweetest and so accommodating, warm, welcoming, and helpful, the large home is beautiful, and it is located near major stores and restaurants, as well as small food establishments that serve delicious meals. I absolutely loved my stay! They even made sure that I was fed breakfast as I was rushing out the door to catch my ride to the airport. I'm vegan, so it isn't easy for many people to help me, but they did it with such care and without any hesitation and did not act like it was a problem or that I was difficult at all! In fact, she insisted I eat something. She had even recommended a couple nearby places the night before where I could find some vegan eats for dinner. I would stay there every time I visited Cancun! I highly recommend!

It was adorable! We've arrived a little late in cause of problems at the airport. The flight for us was terrible, especially if you think it's your marriage journey but anyway - Sandra is such a nice person and this hotel is amazing! The details of this room would make every german craftsman enviously! After we've arrived, Sandra told us where to go to pick up some stuff from the local Walmart which is really close to the Eclipse. Before that she showed us our room with air condition, balcony, shower and brought us water (you saved my life Sandra!!) After a complete desaster by the flight it was the best what could happen to us to end the journey story! If anyone just thinks about to go somewhere else - Don't think twice, this one here is the greatest choice! Next time we're going to Mexico we will definitely come back here and don't think about other destinations!

A little far from downtown and the beaches. Nice and huge casa. Very warm and forthcomming host. The breakfast jogurth is special tasty. And the chubby ginger cat rulz the place!

😐 Really good place for a power nap. In transit. The room is very clean. Need a little more cleaning on the exterior, the stairs and to make the entrance more visible.

👍👍 We stayed a night here and Sandra was such a great and communicative host! Self check in directions were clear and it was located in a nice neighborhood in Cancun. We loved the little pool area and enjoyed a home made breakfast by the pool the morning we left to head back home. It was a great way to...
