We stayed a night here and Sandra was such a great and communicative host! Self check in directions were clear and it was located in a nice neighborhood in Cancun. We loved the little pool area and enjoyed a home made breakfast by the pool the morning we left to head back home. It was a great way to unwind and relax before heading back to reality. Sandra also got us an unbeatably priced taxi to the airport which was a huge win. Highly recommend!

BEWARE!!! I booked a stay at Pecari 10 months ago, confirmed via Facebook, got confirmation back from Pecari, checked in upon arrival, paid, and then was told they had actually rented our room to someone else! I was told they had not received confirmation from us for the stay. I showed the owner the Facebook message he had sent me confirming the appointment 10 months ago. Unbelievable bad experience. We ended up in a nearby park scrambling to find another place to stay for three days when we thought our anniversary stay was planned and confirmed nearly a year in advance! Do you really want to book here and take a chance that upon arrival you actually won't have a place to stay?

Andrea is the most Excellent host and is very helpful in helping you to enjoy your trip here. The room and entire place is clean and very nicely decorated. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Centre Cancun!

Owner sent us clear instructions before arrival for the check in. Which was very nice after a long flight. We only stayed one night as we were travelling around mexico by car. The room was clean, bed was a bit hard in my opinion. Owners were very nice and made use a lovely breakfast. The place has a nice small garden with a pool. They can also geven YouTube some advise about travelling in Mexico.

I stayed here in this tiny bread and breakfast property for one night. The host Sandra has shared all the details on WhatsApp for self check-in and it was smooth. The property is well maintained by the host Andrea and Sandra. They serve breakfast as well. There is a kitchen where you can cook your own food (for lunch / dinner), they have a small pool in the backyard of the property. It's a cool place and very close to many of the restaurants and parks. Host Andrea is a friendly person. I strongly recommend this property for your short stay in Cancun.

Great place to stay, very secure. We had to take a taxi to the ADO terminal. Andrea the host was very kind. We spend a night here.

Really nice little B&B, great place to stay if you're looking for a quiet time. It's perfect if you're arriving and have not yet planned your journey, since Andrea can give you good tips and directions. It's also good to explore cancun since it's located near the center. The backyard pool area is sweet and chilled, WIFI everywhere. We had a cute room with a small balkony, nice view 😊 Breakfast is great, definitely try the incredible salsas with the eggs. The green one is the spicy one lol 😅

Nice little B&B. Clean, nice breakfast. Convenient to major locations and tour pickups. The host was helpful to give recommendations. Only downside is that the walls are thin so it can get noisy in the morning (don’t expect to be able to sleep in).

Excellent value for money. Beautiful and clean room with AC and fan. Very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast and coffee served in the lovely garden by the pool. We appreciated the easy late night check in. The staff are very friendly, responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here and hope to return.

A perfect place to stay in Cancun. Close to the bus terminal with comfortable beds and air conditioning. The host was so helpful with recommendations and being flexible around our travel plans. Also, the breakfast was incredible! We enjoyed it so much we returned for another stay later on in our trip. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time while staying at Bed and Breakfast Pecari. It feels like home. The rooms are cozy, clean and have nice & comfortable beds. Breakfast is delicious and you can enjoy it outside at the pool area. If you want to have a quiet and relaxing stay - choose this place!

I lived here 2 nights. All people who work or live here are friendly, breakfast was perfect altough not so much, but fruit salad was spectacular. Room was clean the most imprtant for me - it is a silent always. I defenitly reccomend this guest house. Don't hesitate to book)

Depending on the preferences this is the perfect lodation far away from common tourism. Atmosphere is homely and cosy, service and breakfast above average. Rooms are clean and the area is quiet.

We stayed at B&B Pecari and we loved it! Andrea is really good host and chef! The place is cosy and tidy! The place is within the walking distance to Market 28 and Parque de las Palapas. If the internet worked little better and some minor thinges improved the B&B Pecari would be a PERFECT PLACE!

Book and stay here! This was the perfect find and exactly what we were looking for. Our two hosts were extremely kind and hospitable. We had a number of questions about things in the area including where to rent a car (and not get ripped off), where to shop, etc. etc. They had all the info we needed and even more. It is comfortable and clean and they provide a wonderful breakfast. We happen to stay there while Hurricane Zeta came through. The city shut down and they would not sell alcohol to anyone. It was my friend's birthday and we couldn't even have wine to celebrate. We were talking to our hosts and they decided to pull out a bottle of tequila some former guest had left behind and said HAPPY BIRTHDAY!. We hung out in the pool in the back and had a wonderful time. Rooms are clean, spaces are very comfortable at all hours. I HIGHLY recommend staying here and I will whenever I'm back in Cancún!

Super accommodating and nice! Felt very safe/protected, A/C was life-saving, and a delicious breakfast!

Very clean neat place to stay in the city. The hot water wasn't working like other people mentioned but it was middle of 100 degrees outside so it didn't bother me at all. The owner couple was very nice and informative. The breakfast was delicious. Totally recommend this place!
