I recently bought a Mellerware automatic coffee maker from here because I expected they would carry quality products. The coffee it produced was lukewarm and the heating plate didn’t work to keep coffee warm. I took it back and they said they could find nothing wrong with the machine and refused to return, exchange, or give me store credit. They said I’d have to take it up with Mellerware, but Mellerware told me they don’t handle issues in products that are less than a year old. Overall, a lot of frustration, plus wasted time and money.

The woman who works there is absolutely horrid. Went in to get some coffee and wanted a new teapot. When I asked to inquire about any of the teapots she would not tell me and would instead just repeat that it was expensive, insinuating I could not afford them. I will never go back. Terrible store, and terrible service. Take your money elsewhere.

I went to this store to buy the snack trays. Lovely store and wonderful service from the sales lady. She was friendly and helpful. The shop is filled with gorgeous tea pots, cups etc. A really nice place to buy beautiful gifts and a good selection of coffees and teas. Their English Breakfast tea is really good.

Super helpful and friendly lady works here always willing to share advice and good vibes. This is a good spot to pick up a gift as there are loads of desirable useful and aesthtically pleasing things for sale. Needless to say there is a lot of good fresh coffee and tea for sale too. Recommended.

Peacock had a great range in coffees, teas and accessories for your every need. Prices are reasonable and the staff are helpful. You can also get tea and coffee made there. If you need freshly ground coffee, they're also willing to ground up some beans of your choice to the quantity that you want.

They offer such a vast selection of tea and coffee. The brew for the day does change, so give them a try more than once. You can buy beans or filter coffee. They also sell a wonderful selection of cups and tea pots or coffee machines. They have a small selection of cakes, should you need more than just a cuppa. They are conveniently situated on the ground floor along Main Road, right opposite PnP. There is ample parking plus there is wheelchair accessible parking.

Very disappointing experience. The prices are much more expensive than the prices available at the online store - for example she was charging R650 for the dragonfly teapots in store but they cost R400 online. Don't shop here, use the online store instead.

I have always loved this store and the staff are very warm and friendly.
