It looks like a lovely park for kids to play under surpervision of their parents, but even though it's labelled as open 24 hours, it was firmly locked with a chain and padlock. There is no sign to indicate as to who or what entity is responsible for this. Nevertheless, the park looks great, the grass appearas well taken care of and on the face of it, seems to be a public park. Equipment also appears to be in good order. There are no bathrooms on site and there are no pathways for wheelchair users.

It looks like a park for wildlife only. Locked up tight and knee-high grass.
