Unfriendly staff, could feel their animosity...was there a while ago, total different experience...this time was terrible. Will not go there again

Seriously impressive coffee boutique with an extensive range of snacks and desserts with a distinctly Portuguese theme. The breakfast croissant was lovely. Highly recommended

Went in for an iced latte after a hard day and I was looking forward to the warm greeting I always get, but today it seemed like this was too much of an effort for the ladies behind the counter. Before anything was rung up or made, I decided to change, and this seemed like an issue too. But I guess we will never know as they were speaking a different language. Very unprofessional to do what they did in front of a paying, regular customer, I have been going to this Vida e and the gentlemen who work there are lovely, but your ladies! Very poor customer service. Next time I see a lady behind the counter I'll rather just turn around and go elsewhere. 2 stars and the 2ns star is purely for the smoothie that was good.

Went in to get lunch on a Saturday (13.20pm) and was told that they have already turned off their toaster. They shouldn’t be serving customers when they can’t offer half the menu. I think it would be better if they start the closing up after they have officially closed. Luckily the main teller who helped us was understanding enough to turn it back on. Additionally, customers were locked out because someone spilled coffee and it was a “crisis”.

Your quality and coffee use to be pretty good but the standards has dropped. It’s the second time I order excruciating hot coffee that burned my tong to shreds.. burnt flavour They offered my a second cup that was perfect ?? Need to train the baristas to produce a consistent quality .. they should know better

I found the coffee here horrible compared to all other vidas. Even if I wasn't able to compare another Vida the coffee is still shockingly bad. I lodged a hello peter complaint but to date recieved no response so its clear no one at this company is interested in that coffee shop/branch This is to help others.

I tried to come in with my baby in a pram. There were no customers inside and 3 staff behind the counter. Their front double door was only open on 1 side which is not wide enough for a pram. I tried to open the other door while staff watched me from behind the counter. Only once I had opened all the latches and pulled several times I called out to ask how to open the door. They called out from behind the counter to tell me the door can’t open. I asked how do I get in with my baby and they shrugged. I’m so blown away by this uncaring attitude. Why not just tell me in advance the door cannot be opened rather than watch me struggle? Why have a door that can’t open wide enough to let in a pram, a larger person or a wheelchair (AND THE DISABLED PARKING BAY IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR)??

As with all the branches in the Vida chain this one was great. It is nice to be able to grab a coffee after browsing the expo centre or going to the various specialty stores in the area.

1:53pm on a Saturday - the doors were locked, machines were off and the staff were cleaning. Hours are supposed to be until 2pm. Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm supposed to be able to order until 2, aren't I?

Friendly and efficient staff, great place for take aways or to eat there. Good for toasted sandwiches, muffins or boiled eggs and cheese if you watching your carb intake.

We love popping in for coffee or a snack when we shop in this area. Toasted sandwiches, muffins, wraps and pastries are all nicely displayed to tantalize your taste buds. CBD or collagen can now be added to your Frio or coffee for that extra boost. There is indoor seating and is wheelchair accessible. Parking is available directly outside. There are bathroom facilities.

After shopping at Northgate we felt like a great cup of coffee. We saw Vida coffee shop and stopped over for a bite to eat and a coffee. Besides the coffee and the food being very good, we were met with very friendly service staff. They made the stopover very pleasant indeed. Thank you for you kind and professional behavior.

👍 The best thing about this place for me is the location and the interior decor . The ambience can go either way-Different strokes for different folks I went there for lunch on a sunny Friday afternoon, the terrace was packed and the service was okay but the food was underwhelming(or maybe my choices...
