The hotel was good for the price. The rooms were clean enough. However the front desk person had a hard time navigating the system. While our room was fine it looked out onto some AC units and smelled like the restaurant below. Even more, the parking lot was pretty creepy. It felt unsafe and I was uncomfortable with my car parked there. There were groups of people hanging out around the liquor store coming and going and wandering through both parking lots. At one point a very strung out individual came over from one of the liquor store groups and began aggressively looking for handouts from my family.

Got a room with a King-sized bed, yet wound up with pillows that were meant for a significantly smaller bed. It was better than sleeping outside, but I still woke up kind of groggy and distorted from the lack of comfort. Staff and breakfast were good though, and the bed it self was fine, just wish the pillows were more significant given how much I paid for the room.

Nice place with friendly staff. The room was clean and well maintained. But the beds are hard as rocks. Did not sleep very well as a result, and my hips were sore the next day. If the mattresses were a little more comfortable, this would be a 5 star review.

The location was cool. It has a hangout spot next door so that’s cool too. The breakfast was good. The only thing I didn’t like was the smell of the room and the fluctuating prices for the room. The room was pretty with a nice view…but it smelled so musty. It was a strong musty smell. The first night was $114, the second night one $160+. I’m not sure why the second night was more than the first. For that much $ I could have went to the Hiltons.

Honestly I would never recommend that place to anyone that has a self hygiene. I red some of the reviews but I ignored them just based on the fact that people are very different and maybe some things bother someone that will not bother me , but for the price that you pay and the rooms they put you in , let me tell you a little more about my experience: Staying for 1 night , i woke up in the middle of the night bitten from fleas on the BED , the night stand was full of ants, and imagine you have an important business meeting on the next day and you spend a night like that i was moved to another room with the unpleasant smell of urine inside, then they moved me to the second floor , the room was better but after all that moving throughout the rooms and the fact an insects bite me while sleeping and i saw them , that happened around 1 am and until 5 am i was throwing up in the bathroom I couldn’t even go back to the bed i was feeling itchy and i still have the bites, very , very gross experience!!!!!! The around area it was full of cockroaches, the pool water was dirty ! Overall very unpleasant stay , the general manager was trying to be helpful but i mean after that experience i still feel nauseous and she offered me 25% refund, because its from a third party company, honestly i just don't understand she believes that ooo because they gave me a clean room after all and I couldn’t even get a sleep and that will be convenient from her side! Anyways the room numbers were 114 and 110 (doesn’t even have a number on the door ) but the other employees were very polite even the person in the night shift was very polite! But please message to the hotel manager , put yourself on the place of the next person that will experience that situation and triple check your hygiene and pest issues because people pay to sleep in a clean bed , not one with fleas in it !

I asked the desk person if they knew how to redeem the $50 gift card from Best Western. They told me yes. I offered to print the email, give them my phone, to read the numbers to them for accuracy. They said they did not need them. The reason why was because they reduced the total amount by $50 then re-added $50 without me knowing. This is fraudulent and untrustworthy behavior. Do not try to use the gift card. They do not have a clue and will not try to find out how to redeem it. Please get your receipt at checkout.

4...this is 2nd time we've stayed here. Everything was wonderful except...the frigid temps of the pool both days we were there, would been 5 except for that. After a long day of hiking/traveling we really wanted to relax in pool but could not.

Excellent service. The receptionist was very kind and helpful (he is from Nepal). Room is spacious. Everything is very clean. Very good breakfast and pool. One block from the mall and several restaurants. My wife and I would stay there again.

The panel covering the bathtub pipes fell off exposing the pipes, the door lock was broken, the refrigerator wasn’t cold, and the room overall didn’t smell fresh. We told the night desk manager about the exposed pipes, door lock, and refrigerator. She quickly moved us to another room but was unable to discount our room rate, told us we’d have to speak with the day desk manager. We spoke with the day desk manager when checking out and he did discount our room. In the morning, the breakfast area was out of regular coffee - we were told the expected delivery of coffee hadn’t arrived and they were unable to make more. There was in-room coffee but it did not taste good.

we booked a room for 1 night as we were attending a wedding. we dropped our things off in the room and headed out quickly. when we got back to room 100 there were bugs in the room. we left a cockroach under a cup for them, sorry. soon as we saw more than a few insects around we packed our things and left never staying the night. sorry, bugs in the room is a no go for me.

Updated interior lobby, hallways and rooms. Not a bad placement of location to amenities such as; Kroger, Walmart, and dining locations, ex. Burger king, McDonald's and Teddy's custard!

Clean bed and floors. Handicap accessible room... very roomy. Pool available. Breakfast was nice and hot. Could use some paint and updates in room. Tile was broke. Bathroom vent could be cleaned.

Remodeled old school narrow-room BW with the sink in the room foyer and the toilet and shower in its own room. Bedding was impeccably clean and the mattresses were reasonable but not luxe. My daughter and I stayed her two nights and enjoyed ourselves. Upgrading the guest room doors to hushed sealing will add greatly to guest comfort.
