Literally the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long long time and I travel for a living my favorite perk was their breakfast, it is amazing, waffles, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, bagels, breakfast potatoes, muffins, cereal, so much it goes one and on it’s incredible I felt so grateful. Rooms have feather pillows and super clean, includes shampoo complimentary and conditioner which is great too but the staff completed my happiness they were so kind and nice to me! You have to stay here they’re are legit. They don’t make hotels run like this anymore!

My sisters and brother traveled to Carbondale to visit our brother we hadn't seen in 8 years. The hotel was clean and located close to shops and restaurants. The staff was great. April in breakfast was so friendly, kind and helpful. You could see she clearly loves her job and is wonderful at it. The food was great. We will be going back soon and will be staying at Hampton again. Mostly because of April!

We travel a lot. And stay if possible always at Hamptons. This location is one of the best kept hotels. Its quiet. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are excellent. And the hot breakfast great. We drove in for a funeral and they let us in early to get ready. We have stayed here before as we have family in the area. So will be back. Please keep it up. Its so hard to get a good hotel these days. This one could be used as a model for all.

I stayed April 18th until April 21st. The room was big and spacious with a very comfortable bed and furniture. The room, bathroom, and lobby were clean and well stocked. All the staff were friendly and helpful and responded quickly with requests. The manager Carla was extremely helpful and answered all/any of my questions. The hotel is close to many restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, and outdoor activities. I will definitely stay again!!!

Eric was the best! Super helpful and friendly! The house keeping only stocked 1 towel and 1 washcloth... but Eric made sure my family and I had enough towels to all take a shower.

Stayed here for a week while in town for business. The staff is great and my room was nice. I was at the end of the hall so it was really easy access to my car outside (locked doors for safety which was great). Every time you went outside there was a loud noise as the pressure would make the door slam shut but not many people used it so it didn't bother me much. The pool felt great and they have an older hot tub but it worked well! Many options for breakfast with hot food, waffles, and fruit options. It was kind of annoying to have a member of their staff bugging everyone to mention her name in a review but she was nice. They do have Dish as their tv provider so channels are limited. (Was unable to watch the Super Bowl) However, it is located on the edge of town and in a nice and quiet area. Only a few minutes away from food venues. It was nice that the front desk staff gave me a list of restaurants in the area - with many that deliver to the hotel. Would stay here again if I have to go back to Carbondale especially since the staff was so nice and helpful and housekeeping was great.

Stayed here as an overnight sleep stop while travelling. The room was disgusting. I felt like i should have just slept in my car. $150 literally down the drain. Mold, slime in bathtub. Actually it might have been old puke in tub. The carpet was sticky. Hampton had a chance to snag a new repeat customer but no way. I'll stick with Marriot brands. The only positive note is the desk staff was friendly.

Had a Good Stay. Problems with Toilet running all the time. Had the most outstanding experience at Breakfast! Margaret was warm, friendly, & helpful. Myself and another guest commented that Dark Roast Coffee was not very dark - more of a medium roast. Margaret was right there to try and help. Your coffee was some of the worst I've tasted.

Dirty disgusting rooms, tons of dust bunnies, left over chip crumbs on the counter. Rusty bath tub. The breakfast was one of the worst ones I have had in a long time. The meat had bone/ cartilage pieces, the scrambled eggs were so watery it wasnt even egg anymore. The employees were nice I guess. Would never stay here again.

A bit over priced. Need a paint job in the rooms and new carpet. Cigarette burns aren't appealing for a non smoker in non smoking hotel at the price for room. Poor job at drywall job cracks on ceiling and walls that visible was annoying as well as the sliding shower door not staying closed. Then things that kind of were out of hands of hotel were the kids in pool that tracked water everywhere making the elevator unsafe. In which made me not use the pool, how unfortunate

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, but the customer service was above and beyond. My husband mentioned it was our anniversary at check-in and the night clerk went out of her way to slip a happy anniversary card under our door!

The lady at the counter gave me a price for the room. I asked her if I got a discount for being a Hilton member, she said no just a bottle of free water. She then said I would get a a discount for AARP. She said with the discount, $140. She asked me for my card and and she manually entered everything. I didn’t sign or get any paperwork. The next morning, I received a email, while I was still at that the hotel. I opened it to be surprised, she charged a additional $20 In taxes. The room was now $160. I looked on line to find an internet company advertising the same room with taxes and fees at $130. I feel as though I was not treated fair and overpaid because I didn’t book online and investigate before hand. Disappointed!
