If I had my choice, I would not stay here!! Not very handicappe accessible nor some of the lites in room were out or broken. Beds were comfortable but the morning guest relations woman was rude and not happy with here job seemed like to me(Front desk clerk)! Not very welcoming nor happy to be at work!!(at least the morning lady) Came on business and company paid for the room!!

We had a warm greeting at the front desk when we checked in. The room was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was better than most of the hotels that we have stayed in, the biscuits and gravy or delicious. We really like the location being just down Valley from all of the aspen ski resorts

The friendliest staff. Great service. Amazing views of Mount Sopris and the Roaring Fork River. Nice comfy rooms. Hot tub is at a good hot tub temperature.

Great, pet friendly stay in Carbondale. Johnny was very friendly and showed me how to walk down to the river behind the hotel and where the dog park was. Room was clean and quiet and breakfast was great with lots of healthy options (fresh fruit, peanut butter, hard boiled eggs). This place checks all the boxes so look no farther!

It was ok. Bfast was horrible. But then I guess its a hotel and not a restaurant. It was odd how I was in the 2nd floor but actually was the 3rd as u had steps?? So weird. I had to press 3 on elevator and go down stairs to 2nd floor. Very odd.

The hotel itself isn't bad but I wasn't a fan of the room I was in. 1st floor facing a concrete wall. Don't take an even-numbered room on the 1st floor. Heard alot of stomping around upstairs so the floors aren't very quiet. Had a taped-up smoke detector in my room. The shower pressure was really weak. The free breakfast was decent. I'm glad I didn't have to pay for this room because my company put me here but the rate was outrageous for a weekend $349 a night. At least there's a liquor store next door.

Manager is super friendly and outgoing. Complementary breakfast is nothing special but I only need coffee and a bagel. They had biscuits and gravy which a Brit couple thought was mushroom soup (ouch) but he explained the concept (no weirder than beans on toast if truth be told.) Rooms are clean. Carbondale is a nice little tiwn.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, pet friendly, pool, hot tub and a view with continental breakfast.
