Excellent location with beautiful views of the citadel. Super clean, friendly and helpful staff. Private parking and really nice garden. Breakfast in the nearby restaurant is really good.

This is a self-service hotel where guests find their keys and don't encounter the landlord or front desk throughout their stay. The highlight is its excellent location. 📍Location: Only 100 meters from the castle gate, you can enjoy a view of the castle from the courtyard. There's a private parking area. 🛏️Room Facilities: The beds and quiver are rather soft, and finally, there are regular pillows. Guests need to bring their own plug adapters. There's air conditioning, a small balcony, and an electric kettle. The bathroom has poor ventilation, and you need to be extra careful with odors when using it. 🚿Bathroom: It features a wet and dry separation, and it provides shower gel. There's a hairdryer. Guests should bring their own: shampoo, conditioner, facial cleanser, hand soap, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, and comb. Regarding the shower, there's ample hot water, a strong water flow, and a fast water speed, so you can enjoy a hot shower. However, the bathroom has a design flaw; there's no water barrier, making it easy for shower water to flow towards the sink area. Unfortunately, the sink doesn't have an outlet, causing water to accumulate in the room. The sink's water pipe for hot water is slow and the temperature isn't stable. Once you've set the right temperature, reopening the tap may result in very hot or cold water, so you need to be cautious about scalding. The refrigerator and water dispenser are only available in the common area, so guests need to leave their rooms to use them. Due to France's dustier environment compared to Singapore, it's recommended to bring your own indoor slippers. The sound insulation in the upstairs and hallway is not good, and you can clearly hear footsteps.

Right across the street from the walled city!! We woke up to views of the ancient walls. Its a perfect location if you are in town to see the Walled city. It had the best air conditioning of ANY hotel we stayed at in Spain or France. The owner/ manger/ guy we talked to, was very nice and very accommodating. They even have a deal with the restaurant across the street for an inexpensive breakfast in the morning. They have a parking lot for guests. We loved this place.

Very close to the city gates. Parking included. Our room has view of city gates. Can sit outside in open area and view the medieval city. Comfortable room with updates and upgrades to shower sink bed and shower.

We loved it here. Why? (1) Our room was very spacious with a huge walk-in shower. (2) The hotel was super close to the citadel. (3) The staff were attentive in responding to my questions. (4) The price was very reasonable.

The location is excellent great view and small walk to citadel Staff was excellent Bed was comfortable Room needs to be improved sadly stained curtains toilet seat broken and a minimalist approach to clothes storage. Space to hang up 5 items and 2 shelves for 2 people over 5 nights no drawers no cupboards etc 2 very hard chairs so nowhere to relax in cold march Outside space used once was fine And fix the shutters on another room as in the wind that kept us up all night take ear plugs would be my recommendation very thin walls as well

Lovely room great location, very clean, would stay again but in a different room as the main shower head didn't work.
