You were completely obnoxious on four in a bed. I cringed at every moment you spoke. Me and my partner had a great laugh throughout the episodes. Watching a complete state attempt to degrade others with such pettiness and bitterness. Constantly complaining about the younger generation, when in fact your childish behaviour was making us howl. I've been reading through your replies towards your reviews and you're stating the show pictured you in the wrong light - Yet your attitude with the responses, fits your attitude on the show?

Clean enough but could have been better. Very noisy quite late from activities in the building (bar? Karaoke? Dans?). When I stayed there were also other guests yelling all night and slamming doors, I barely got any sleep. Other than that the place was ok. (I don’t seem to be able to reply to your comment, but yes, I asked about another night, before I even got to Cardiff.)

I wouldn't stay here. Owners were foul on 4 in a Bed. They were shown in the correct light by the TV crew. Further endorsed by their Google review replies.

Not in a great area and parking is difficult.The pre- ordered food for the get together in a private room was disappointing. Towards the end complete strangers were wandering through. Uninspiring surroundings but excellent choice of beers and the staff are friendly.

I'd love to book asap if only to meet your cat, dog and parrot. Lovely to see a hotel who has their own pets and not afraid to let them mingle. For that reason alone I'd stay here in a heartbeat.

Not stayed here. Saw it on four in a bed. The owner is delusional and unpleasant. A cat walking over the continental breakfast and a dog wandering around. Disgusting.

I highly recommend this hotel. I wanted a quiet weekend by myself and I couldn't have asked for a better place for that The beds are large and comfortable, the shower was amazing, the staff were helpful and check in and out was easy I don't drink so I didn't spend any time at the bar, but it looks very comfortable and if I came with friends I'd definitely like to hang out with them in there If I decide to spend another weekend in Cardiff I will probably come back

Spacious and very clean room, comfortable bed and a proper shower. Lots of restaurants/ supermarkets a five minute walk away. Parking in the area might be a little tricky. Quiet area.

A great pub, tucked away in a residential area, which means that it doesn't get too rowdy. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. A nice selection of drinks available on tap means that there's something for everyone. Even though it is far more of a local, it's situated nicely that it has good transport links nearby, having a short walk to Albany Road, Newport Road and City Road; Which is great for both visiting for a drink or if you are staying in the hotel as you can get to most of the city easily enough from one of these three destinations. But it doesn't have the disruption of being on any of those roads itself. I can heartily recommend this place.

Pretty much no customer service at all. Rings basic, but needs very comfortable. Shower was poorly designed and water went everywhere. A long way from city centre.

Pleasant staff. Comfy room at reasonable price. Very quiet from 11pm to 8am (currently having some building work so gets noisier then.) Laundry service on site.

Great prices and beer garden. Pool tables are nice but could be better and sometimes the regulars are a bit too much.

I really enjoyed my stay here, close to town, easy to park. Room was clean, bed was comfy, nice shower tea & coffee and went to the bar and was lovely

Lovely Sunday carvery £10 . 3 meats, piping hot selection of veg, and lovely gravy not your watery bisto.

Do yourself a favour and have a Sunday roast down here, wipes the floor Toby carvery and alike. Great service and we'll priced. Highly recommended.

We only used the bar. Fun pub, great atmosphere, staff were great and even the Spitfire ale was drinkable (seldom the case for Spitfire)

As always, fantastic service bar staff are welcoming and down to earth people. Much love for a good environment to have a beer chil out and watch sports or have a game of pool 🎱 😀

Great hotel, a little gem hidden away from the hustle of town. Staff were friendly and very accommodation, acess to the hotel was easy and the bedroom was well furbished and comfortable. Will absolutely stay here again when I come back to Cardiff.

Never been there but saw it on FIAB and its a place one would go to if you needed to get away to a fabulous little place to ease one's tired mind and body with a good book and just flop down and relax, breakfast looked yummy, animals out of the dining area. Pure heaven.

Close location to the city centre (about 20minute walk). Rooms very bright, spacious and clean. Beds comfy. No contact check-in. If staying in Cardiff in the future I would stay here again.

Had a get together with some pals yesterday. They supplied a lovely buffet. Great staff, friendly and accommodating 😊 Nice weather so sat out in their lovely beer garden. Great place for a get together. Thanks Steve, Lorraine, Becky and Jacky 👍

Really lovely place to stay for a night or two - the rooms are above the pub, so there is a community feel to the place, and the street is in a quiet neighborhood which was still only a few minutes walk away from shops and restaurants. The people who checked me in were very friendly and accommodating.

No problems at all here. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom ideal and nice en suite. I was in room 7 and although you can hear some noises in the below restaurant, it’s nothing more than you’d expect and isn’t too late into the night. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay for cheap.

Lovely room above the pub very clean and well appointed but perhaps a little pricey. Was almost a 4 star review because you pay extra for breakfast which was good but not a very cosy atmosphere in the chilly bar as there had been a party in the lounge the night before and they were still clearing up. People running the place were lovely.

Tucked away in a residential area but only a short cab ride away from Central Station. Rooms can only be described as absolutely immaculate, modern and very comfortable. Definitely be back next time I'm in area.

Fine stay in Cardiff. Pros: located near the city centre. The room is spacious with two double beds Cons: it is noisy because of its pub that is located downstairs. Even after 23:30 that they close the music, they leave windows open and you can hear people talking and laughing loudly. The walls had stains of blood because of mosquitoes’ kills.

I’ve been there a few times but today I ordered food for first time, soy I decided to leave a review. Lovely staff, nice beer garden, good beer selection, great food (with vegan options) and budget prices. What else can I ask for?

Nice place for solo travellers, though quite far away from the city center. Had to get an Uber for a night out, bus 8 was always late and doesn't run at night. Residential neighbourhood but still cautious wondering around at night. The staff was lovely, the room was so tidy, bed was comfortable and there was no noise after midnight. The best part are their pets, so adorable!! Would recommend!
