Hotel Zana is very well located. It is near the hot spots of Getsemeni, and a short walk (about 10 minutes) to the walled city. The staff is very helpful. There is someone available around the clock, and they do their best to fit your needs. The breakfast is good and fresh. It is made as you arrive for breakfast, so no buffet. However the breakfast is extensive, consisting of fruit, eggs, toast, fruit juice and a warm drink. The hotel is small and cozy, in a small quiet and save street. It is not a fancy place, but it has everything you need for a (long) weekend.

Absolutely fine adequate place to stay. Don't expect anything fancy or luxurious but for the price they charge I think they absolutely deliver fairly. Room was clean and moderately comfortable (I will say though if you have an interior room, keep in mind there is no window and it slightly feels like a prison cell...but a nice one!! It ultimately didn't bother me) Breakfast was very tasty and the staff were kind and helpful.

Location was excellent. The street is small and has plenty of surrounding restaurants and bars. Taxis are plenty. Sites are all walking distance in every direction. The hotel has great features considering it is located next to the walled city. Hot water in the shower, AC is cold, TV, breakfast, and English speaking receptionist. I wasn't expecting the hotel to be great. It exceeded my expectations. I was places in the INCA room with King size bed.

Unfortunately my room was ground floor looking the main road, incredible noisy h 24, some neighbor play music too loud was impossible to sleep, The place is clean and neat , the reception is welcome, but I did not sleep a night for the noise, was really a nightmare the music for the whole time just stop few hours in the night. Maybe other room have not the same issue.

This was the best hotel I stayed at in colombia. It's a short nice walk to the old town. It has hot water and A/C. It quit even on a weekend. The lady that works there is super nice and very helpful. You can't beat it.

Staying in another hotel in Cartagena before I find Zana, made me appreciate what they offer in Zana. There IS hot shower (most of the hotels around don't have one). It's greatly located but at the same time is on a very quiet street and you can sleep without being bothered form the noise coming from the street and bars around. The beds are comfortable. It's clean. There is working air conditioning. The staff is nice and helpful. The only disadvantage is that the roots have no windows.

Good hotel in a great area of Cartagena, close to many amazing restaurants and in a safe area of town. There is a good rooftop balcony with a small Jacuzzi here too. If breakfast isn't included in your room, I would not have it here as it is expensive compared to the great options around. Rooms are big but a little dated. Staff are very helpful and speak English

Had a comfortable two nights staying at Zana. Apparently there was a problem with the room we originally booked, so without any fuss they gave us a complimentary upgrade. Huge bed! Decent, comfortable and quiet room. Safe and secure location in a nice area of Cartagena that feels a little less touristy. Very friendly/helpful staff. Good breakfast. Would book again.

Reasonable sized rooms, very clean and TV and AC standard. Also private bathroom. Bit on the small side but competitive price and great location. WiFi free and breakfast available as an extra. Great base to explore Cartagena.

We traveled through Columbia for 7 weeks and had a great stay at this hotel. Hospitality was great. Room was clean. Air conditioning and showers worked. Good breakfast. Will return again. We can recommend this place to travelers.
