Good experience with them. There was plenty of communication for pick up from our lodging, and they kept to the schedule quite well. Overall, the day turned out exactly as they advertised. Very pleased, would do again.

There is not much variety in the commerce established in this shopping center. The sale of technological items prevails. Its location is good, right in the center of Cartagena, in front of the centenary park. It does not have spaces for recreation for children or adults. Not good restaurants either.

This is a very unique place to visit in Cartagena. It has a veriaty of mini shops inside and you'll find all kinds of stuff in there. You'll have fun in your shopping and be prepared for half day on enjoying the place. You won't get bored.

There is the best place in the world, Pacho Licores, its cevicheria and now with pizza.

Very good service and efficiency. They have a menu of prices and options, which demonstrates their transparency.

It is a shopping center of small shops and local businesses. You will find: repair of cell phones, computers, hair salons, some clothing businesses, printing of plans, among others at very affordable prices The bad: it is an old building, with interior streets simulating the historic center but very small and it is very hot, the building should be restored since it is in a good location and could be a great attraction in the city.

Terrible attitude... at the beginning everyone is nice, but if you want to think about the trip they start to be reluctant to disgusting... in the end they even lied to us, just to get us to choose their agency for the trip. Certainly not for me!

**Warning to tourist** I just got back from the 5 island boat tour less than two hours ago and found that the three man taking care of the boat stole a $100 US bill from my sister’s purse nothing was done about the matter I booked with this agency.

It is unfortunate that they cannot resolve in an adult manner the concerns of the tourists who contract with them and underestimate them by saying that they do not know how to listen. When we always address ourselves with respect and we comply even on the agreed schedule, with no one from the agency waiting for us. They are not trustworthy. I do not recommend it.
