We went to check out the hotel and have brunch on a Sunday, we were very excited when we got to the hotel, it was beautiful and well maintained. It took them 25 mins to greet us and another 20 to get the menu. Then it just got worse and worse after that. We got the food after 2 hours, appetizers and entrees together, oysters and steak at the same time. Servers have no idea about steps of service or even the menu itself. We said we will keep the oysters for now but afterwards we were served the same entrees that were reheated, steak were supposed to be cooked blue but they were well done at that point. No proper silverware or even napkins. For 300dh entrees it’s unacceptable. It’s shameful to open to public with this kind of service. Absolutely terrible.

Worst experience ever, bad customer service, they prioritise clients based on looks, we have been waiting for 45 min for someone to take our order although they respond that someone will come and we kept reminding them. After taking our order which were two simple drinks, we had to wait another 30 min and when we complained to the manager, no actions has been taken not even an apology.

I enjoyed my stay at the Casablanca hotel very much. I had booked a superior room, which was very spacious and had exceptional views over the garden/pool. The restaurant’s terrace offers great views too: ideal for an afternoon drink. The service is friendly (but sometimes slow). The food at the hotel is not exceptional though, and the wine options are quite limited. I would stay again at the Casablanca hotel, but would eat elsewhere.

We only stayed here one night after landing late at the airport. That said, we had a wonderful room with an amazingly comfortable bed (room 117). It was very clean and had a nice walk out balcony. A large buffet breakfast is offered in the morning . Coffee was quite good. We didn’t get a chance to experience their outdoor pool and their spa . We would come back here if we get the chance The only small issue we had was the length of time it took to check in . Finally our guide called someone else over to check us in.

Hotel is nice, service is good and food was acceptable. Unfortunately the city itself was a disaster compared to Rabat or Marrakech. People were rude and the city was very dirty. Anyways; this review is for the hotel and the hotel was super nice. I highly recommend staying here if you have to stay in Casablanca. However, if you donhave the option to skip the city, do it. Try Rabat. Much cleaner and people are friendlier.

We had three rooms and stayed there for 3 days. The hotel had some positives, but also a few areas that could be improved. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. However, the room was a bit outdated, and the amenities were somewhat limited. With some updates and enhancements, it could become a more appealing option for future stays. The roadside rooms at the hotel suffer from traffic noise, which can be a significant inconvenience for light sleepers or those seeking a peaceful stay. However, if you're not bothered by external noise and prefer easy access to transportation, these rooms might be suitable. It's always helpful for the hotel to offer alternatives for guests seeking a quieter experience.

Special shout-out to Amine and the older gentlemen who served us at dinner! Review has quite a few negative points so I wanted to ensure I called them out! I’m quite surprised that this hotel has as many positive reviews as it does. I’ve read some regarding that those who are non people of color/French speakers receive better service and I am suspecting that this is the case. Details below! I tried to organize them out to be as thorough as possible. For context, I stayed here one night with a friend of mine after spending 2 weeks traveling around Morocco staying in 5 star hotels the whole time. This is by far the worst but I do have some positive things to say. Check In // Initial Impressions ⬇️⬇️ Overall very seamless, room was prepaid with credit card points and they collected a deposit of $100 USD upon arrival. The man had to take a call while assisting us so my suggestion to the hotel would be to have two people available to triage guests upon arrival. We arrived via taxi and the taxi was not allowed to drive into the driveway for some reason so we were on the street briefly before the staff came to assist with baggage. The Ambiance ⬇️⬇️ 10/10 I love the decor, the smell, and the care that went into developing the interior lobby, restaurants, and garden area. It’s extremely elegant and it’s one of the reasons I opted to stay here rather than some other options. Room Service ⬇️⬇️ We ordered room service a couple times and the man who came up to serve us is probably one of the kindest people at this hotel! Amine came up to bring our bottle of wine and we got to chat a bit. We ended up ordering more wine and some cake and he came up once again — he had such a pleasant aura and I knew he was genuinely interested in providing a food experience. I think he could teach the rest of the staff a couple things on being kind. We tried to order cheesecake and it was not available. Additionally, the bottle of rose we were selecting was not available so we went with another option that ended up being tasty as well! Departure ⬇️⬇️ We called a taxi to come pick us up but I suppose there is something going on between gran taxi and the red taxis (I think perhaps the app should not be allowed then?). Anyways, our taxi arrived and the hotel staff just stood around and talked back and forth about how the car won’t go to the airport but they could bring us to another taxi etc. The staff then asked if we booked a transfer with the hotel and I told them we did not (65 EUR from hotel, I paid 35 EUR by having the smaller taxi take me to a gran taxi). All in all, the hotel staff just stood around contemplating our departure as if we didn’t have somewhere to go. Finally I offered to put the stuff in myself and they then were able to load our belongings into the car where we took a short ride to the city to hop in a larger vehicle. My recommendation to the hotel would be to give guests information regarding Taxi politics so that guests can call the larger taxi directly etc. I thought the hotel transfer price was insane. All in all, you can get much better service elsewhere. If you want to just visit for the architecture then I’d say it’s definitely worth it!

A Luxurious Oasis in the Heart of the City Le Casablanca Hotel is a luxurious oasis in the heart of the city that offers an unparalleled experience to its guests. As a local guide, I can confidently say that Le Casablanca Hotel's spa services are the best in Casablanca. The professional and tactful approach of the staff left me impressed. The ambiance of the hotel is stunning, with luxurious decor and comfortable seating. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and come with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's spa services are exceptional, and I particularly enjoyed the massage and facial treatments. One unique feature of Le Casablanca Hotel is its beautiful rooftop pool that offers a stunning view of the city skyline. The pool area is well-maintained and is a perfect place to relax and unwind. The only criticism I have is that the restaurant could have had a more diverse menu. However, the food was still delicious, and the staff was attentive. To improve, the hotel could consider offering more activities or experiences for guests, such as city tours or cultural experiences. This would add value to guests' stay and make their experience even more memorable. Overall, I would highly recommend Le Casablanca Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Casablanca. The impeccable service, comfortable rooms, and exceptional spa services make this hotel a must-visit. Based on my experience, I am likely to return, and I encourage others to do the same. Thank you to the owners and staff for an unforgettable experience.

Terrible hotel with repulsive service. Our items were stolen. The car was parked with the hotel valet and broken into at night. No compensation or anything provided by the hotel. Unsafe property. Don’t ever stay here.

Headache to make a reservation and to get a credit card authorization form. Called the reservation team 5 times and didnt get the form. Decided to go at another hotel. And when making the reservation on website they said they charged a deposit but nothing was charged and had to pay over the phone which flagged my card.

My husband and I stayed here last year. It was very nice until the receptionist thought I was a working girl and asked my husband if I stayed here as well. We were very mad about this. This year, we decided to give it another try since we liked the hotel. We did not like the response of the man behind the service desk when we told him our experience. The moment we came in the room the air co did not work. It felt like a sauna. We called so many times, reception did not pick up the phone. Then they decided to send a technician. Very nice to spend the night with a working technician in the room (took so long). Very very disappointing. I’m thinking of leaving this hotel.

It was a total pleasure staying at the Le Casablanca Hotel during this past February 2023. The room was maintained to perfection by housekeeper, Sarah. I visited the spa on various occasions during my 3 day stay and loved the services provided by Hanane, Wafae, and Soukaina which entailed hammam, facial, massage and hand/feet treatment. Spa manager, Fatine was so kind, helpful and accommodating. The hotel staff overall was professional and caring especially at the breakfast buffet which was absolutely delightful. Finally, Assistant Manager, Enmassiri always greeted me with a smile and a warm chat. I truly recommend Le Casablanca Hotel when visiting Casablanca!

The Coffee/restaurant Terrasse Jasmine in the hotel is such a lovely place with a cosy and classy view, we went there just to get a coffee and the sweets were very good and tasty, the service and the servers are just amazing and lovely, especially Nadir, i would definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking for a nice place here in Casablanca.

Great hotel, really Beautiful rooms and lobby, great beds and bathrooms. Not so expensive, and great cafes. They offer Covid PCR test for guests for a fee just and an amazing beautiful hotel. Downside: Only outdoor pool which is open only 12-6pm. They charge extra for coffee and juice at breakfast. (Not Shabbat friendly. Keys and motion lights)

Worst service. The food took one hour. The manager was sitting down with her friend all the time. One you’re to get the bill. They dropped a coffee cup in our feet and no one picked it up or apologized all along.

Do NOT stay in this hotel!!! The people at the the front desk make believe to be nice but they are nasty. Tried to charge me an extra 300 Dirham per person when I clearly booked for 2. Thieves! Again Do NOT go hear. I showed the guest clerk (anwar - has half a brain) that I made my reservation for 2 and he insisted his system showed two. Then they didn’t let our 2 kg dog in after the bell Captain unloaded the car. Why not say so before we unloaded! Nasty people! Nasty service! They have No clue what hospitality is all about! Shame on them! Again please do not stay here. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

We have stayed here 2x in the past. The service of the staff is really bad. We had said that at the time of check out and they promised to compensate us next time. Second time there was nothing to see. They don't learn from their mistakes. Four Seasons is 100x better in that regard.

It's really a great hotel on many levels, the atmosphere, location and design are perfect, Adding to that the scents which may give us beautiful olphactive memories, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who want to spend good times in a cosy place, the quality of beds are great you sleep like a baby I believe that the management and owners think much about customers, Also the staff give a personalized service we feel home, I wish to all of them success in their carrers, from conciergerie through reception or even technical service passing by the housekeeping and some of the guys in the two different restaurants, but I would like to specially thank the great and geniune service of le pavillon and the guys working there mostly Tarik who's really professional and made us as customers feel very welcomed comfortable and happy, with the right and positive attitude I believe that others can learn much from him how to serve customers, as an example we loosed our voice and he come up with a solution by proposing to us a juice that can help our voice to return to its normal state, this way making us feel special,I have noticed that he put much efforts and positive energy to serve everyone the same way alongside Sofian as well, We have spent 4 nights now and we still have one, we can see the consistency of professionalism, thank you and wish to see you soon again! Best Regards, Anas Adib

Not a nice experience! Pool area and lunch very nice. Room was very banged up and needed renovations. Definitely not a 5 star resort. Mattress was old and lumpy. Hairdryer broken in room. Worst part as in any Hotel we left our cc for incidentals. We had to leave at 4 am. Got in taxi to go and Front desk so rudely chased after us in Taxi like we were stealing something. Made us get out of taxi to sign for incidentals. Was NOT NICE
