The rooms are spacious and clean. However, we were bothered by the restaurant / bar on the rooftop terrace, which plays really loud music until late at night. Getting a restful sleep in this hotel is rather difficult.

We had a very bad experience. We are very unimpressed, this establishment is very unprofessional. We are French and Canadian tourists, we called to make a reservation on the terrace bar and we were told that the bar doesnt take ANY reservations AT ALL and that it was first come first serve. We arrived and had some drama at the door because they insisted that we needed a reservation!!??? after a while we got in with a table for 4 and one for 2 next to eachother. the table we were seated in was completely infested in RED FIRE ANTS and we were all bitten, on the rooftop, when we called the server over he said this was completely normal. Eventually 2 of us stepped out of the establishment for a cigarette and the server and manager came to clear away their table while insisting that they had a 6 people reservation sitting there, while we were told that there were no RESERVATIONS at all. The manager Abdullah was extremely disrespectful and rude to us and insisted that we cleared our friends' phone, drink and cigarettes from the table and payed their bill immediately. We will not be coming back here again and I strongly advise all people including tourists to avoid this place.

We went to the James Rooftop which is the 5th floor of the hotel. Very nice place to eat or just to have some drinks with a good atmosphere as well a live DJ for some entertainment. Would recommend if you're looking to have some quality time with your friends or your beloved one.

This place is a joke. It has NOTHING rated to any spa. No pool, sauna, gym, spa, no roof top bar. Nothing. My room didn't even have any tea, coffee or even cups to drink them out of. The "roof top bar" looks like an abandoned construction yard from a truck stop out side of Chernobyl after the meltdown 50 years ago, staff told me it should be repaired soon, but it has plants growing from the cracks.

The hotel is really nice. Freshly renovated. The staff was very friendly. But, the rooftop bar has an unfriendly staff and the worse is how loud it is. In the evening, they have a DJ, playing loud music, and if your room is on the 5th floor, it feels like trying to sleep in a nightclub.

It’s a great boutique hotel. Exactly what you would expect. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms too. Location is quite unique and central. And service is always done with a smile. We booked the king suite. However, the first option we got was overlooking a smelly loud alley. If you can ask for the Main Street view and a high floor to avoid those things. They graciously change our room to 406 (best in the house). The room service was a bit of a challenge to explain what we wanted through language barrier, but food was 7/10. Again great hotel, nothing to complain about it, but nothing to write home about either. Would stay again, if I had too.

This hotel was a fantastic little retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were incredibly kind and frequently helped us to hail cabs and provided guidance on pricing for cabs. The rooftop bar makes great drinks at prices similar to those in America. We stayed on the floor beneath the bar and couldn’t even hear it in our room.

Great location, great and clean room, good and divers breakfast. The only downside is the noise during the evenings coming from the bar on the 6th floor, you can hear chairs dragged until around midnight. Better get a room at lower levels.

Location is good. Room was very clean and well maintained. The housekeeping lady was also very polite. People who are managing the bookings are also very nice. We requested for a room on the 3rd floor, and they did so. Overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay

Good contemporary clean hotel. Friendly staff. Only downfall is no Parking spaces or lots if you are driving or planning to rent a car. If you are on business trip, this hotel is suitable.

Hotel was great for the 2 of us and the roof top bar was nice with good food. Location was also good with a short taxi ride everywhere.

Lovely hotel, 15 min walk to King Hassan Mosque. The receptionist at both times was very helpful while inquiring on intercity travel and recommended an app. We found our driver through the app and that's how we traveled to other parts of Morocco.

The rooms were a very good size. Being from America, Casablanca was a bit of a culture shock, but the staff made us feel at home. The bar up top is very convenient, and though it may be slightly pricy, the drinks were no more expensive than America. Additionally, the vibes upstairs were definitely younger, but very laid back. As far as the staff, they were INCREDIBLY accommodating (called taxis, haggled the price for us, gave us directions and always offered to assist). Our plane got delayed and we ended up arriving 1 day later than expected, but they kindly shifted our rooms forward and were able to accommodate. Definitely a western oasis from the busy streets of Casablanca!!

We flew into Casablanca because of the direct flight from JFK, but quickly moved to Fes. This was nothing fancy but it was great for the one night we were in Casablanca. The hotel staff gave us two great restaurant recommendations and the location was easy to get to/from.

The place is great, with an awesome panoramic view and all. The service however isn't great, the waiters keep roaming about in an insisting and interruptive way as if you're asked to order more and more. Some items on the menu are comically overpriced too (I'm thinking about the sodas at 50+ dh), though the food that we ordered is pretty good.

This hotel was one of the best I've ever stayed at and even better than most western world hotels. The staff were incredibly helpful from the front desk to the cleaners to the kitchen staff who make delicious breakfast. The service here is top notch... The check-in process was super smooth and professional thanks to Hajar and Dunya especially after flying for 25 hours. I had actually reserved a room at a different hotel nearby and the taxi driver took me here by mistake, Hajar came outside and helped translate to the taxi driver where he was supposed to take me which was a great first impression. Because of that impression I decided to cancel the hotel I had booked because they made too many big mistakes at checkin and instead I came back to JM suites and got a room here. The two experiences were night and day. Everything is brand new and emaculate at this hotel being only a couple of months old, it was very comfortable sleeping here. I guess it was meant to be.

The images are old the Hotel looks brand new! It's super modern/sexy and clean! The staff is incredible service minded and keep track of everything you want! Location was perfect. Two restaurants, vegan options available! Loved it!

Outstanding hotel! It features spacious rooms, with a big bathroom and separate toilet. The hotel has recently been renovated and it shows. Everything is great, soft bed and big lush towels. Staff is very friendly and helpful. On top of the hotel they have a rooftopbar with good food, and they stock well on alcoholic beverages. I would recommend this place!

definitely command staying in the hotel ! they have good WiFi and flat screens with IP TV , the rooftop is just chill and amazing , staff and Dj are just ok , food too but decoration is really worth the high prices

About the bar upstairs: don't go. The food is of low quality. And for the money, you're getting one of the worse service in town.

This place is like a work site. The floor is covered with dust and footprints, chairs are sitting in the reception as if they’ve just been delivered. Best yet there is someone sitting in reception who speaks neither French nor English, who won’t check me in. Bad luck? No. If you’re doing a refurb, close. And allowing travel weary guests to check in as soon as they arrive seems to me the bare minimum to expect from a hotel. I have moved my review to two stars. The manager returned from lunch, cancelled my room, and ensured I was not charged on the two day cancellation policy. I will let others judge, but if you are looking to book near to this time, I advise calling ahead.

Spacious clean rooms very comfortable. The light in my room was a little bit dimmed but it didn't bother me. Great location if you're in Casablanca for business. Recommend.
