Thank you very much the management staffs at Lertnimit hotel in chaiyaphum for sorting out the issues I had with bookings.com. Very kind, professional and wonderfully hospitable staff and superb location - less than 10 minutes walk to chaiyaphum centre and 2 minutes walk to the bus station to Bangkok. Interiors are very modern, clean, comfortable and stylish. There is also a lift available up to 5th floor. Will definitely be back in Lernimit hotel during my next visit to Chaiyaphum and will highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for a wonderful stay in the area.

Give it a miss. Mature experienced independent traveling couple. Wanted 950 bht no breakfast which was nearly twice the online price for a budget room. Not negotiable. In all our travels off the street room price is close or even better than online. Very unhelpful argument staff. Not the Thai way. We were looking for a room for three nights. Their loss. Ended up at Ratanasiri Hotel. Budget good air con clean and 350bht night.

We reserved for our wedding in January 2023, and everything was great. They helped through every step of planning and the wedding as well. Would definitely recommend.

Clean room, comfortable bed. No bad smell. Got small fridge in the room. Great service. Friendly and helpful staffs. Good lighting. Spacious shower room. Convenient. Large parking lot. Good value.

We arrived at 2 in the morning and had no trouble locating this hotel as it is just few steps away from the bus station. We booked the Superior Room, but was later upgraded to Suite Room as they have to do some AC cleaning. Very thankful for the great stay. Thumbs up for this accommodation and good customer service.

I had to pay 760 Baht for laundry Service, it costs more than the room itself which is 650 Baht. The room is shabby. The curtains are dirty. . The shower is terrible !!! Wouldn’t stay here ever again

Room could do with abit of updating, but bed & pillows were very comfortable. Good location to some restaurants, 7/11 next door. No balcony with our room, but nice reception lounge to sit in for a drink. Shower could benefit with regrouting. Windows could also benefit with a clean. But overall, abit costly for the room, but would stay again due to its location.

This hotel was the too in the past but now is should be renovate. But for the price it's ok.

Great renovation. There's still a beautiful architecture but with newer clean room. Very nice staffs.

Really nice reception area but other common parts are untidy and unclean. The room was fine, reasonably modern and we'll equipped. The bed is conformable and clean.

An older hotel with many rooms, superior to the loud road, standard rooms to the back. Beds hard, but okay. Nice staff. Good breakfast choices.

Very great hotel to stay.. good location. If you go left from the hotel to the first stoping light and than go right.. there is I called the walking street of Chaiyaphum.. lot of bars and restaurants. The room is very clean.. the clean every day. The breakfast in the hotel is really delicious. I will come back here one day.. thank you so much for let us stay.

เลขที่ 33/5ก ซอย Pocket Park Minitel Haruethai Rd, ในเมือง was much better. Both hotels are steel and concrete, but the Packet Park Hotel was a much better example of what you can do with these materials. Everything is shiny and new, the opposite of the Lertnimit. The staff are great. When i said to the lady at the Pocket Park I have a bicycle, she guessed it was expensive, and allowed me to lock it to the steel cage around which the building is constructed. They have washing machines and an ironing board. The Pocket Park was cheaper. Finally, the Pocket Park has fast, reliable wifi. The Lertnimit does not.
