No one can beat this hotel in Chandigarh for its location. Located in the city centre. Just renovated rooms, new bed linen, towels , new AC, very neat washroom etc. We were welcomed by the friendly reception staff . The staff made our trip more interesting with their advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely stay again whenever I get a chance. One of the best budget hotels in Chandigarh. It is pure value for money.

Small but adequate, clean room. Good mattress and bedding. Good bathroom. Quiet room, no inside or outside noise. Good central location with lots of shopping and eating places on the doorstep. Staff were super helpful and booked me onto the Shimla train, which saved me a lot of pain!! Would recommend without hesitation, great place for the money. Oh, and I'd recommend a visit to the rock garden, not at all what I expected!! And the lake is nice, with food and drink options.

Talking about location this place is in the heart of city providing best services with well trained staff very helpful. Room service is amazing apparently room hygiene and interior is perfect more than the price they offer exactly shown in picture. They serve veg food even at reasonable price I booked for single stay but the room capacity is 3 so also perfect for family👍and for the first good experience in Chandigarh I'll always choose this repeatedly. I booked for 2days will now extend it for sure and the very important part because is im a lady traveling alone let me tell you this place is very safe for women.#SAFE #AMAZING #HEART#CUSTOMER_FRIENDLY💕

I am from south india and found this hotel as highest rating(4.6) in chandigarh and booked. First of all, I don't know who gave this much rating. Pros : * Staff and service is good * location is good, restaurants and shopping * Bed was fine Cons: * Toilet was pathetic compared to the price * less room space * need to pay Rs:15 to enter this compound as parking fee. So auto will come only up to entrance. We carried our bags around 200 meters. Not get any intimation from hotel.

One of the best stays I have ever had . The prices are very affordable, yet the services, quality and ambience is extremely good . The food is really delicious. Its located in sector-17, main shopping plaza and all the major attractions in Chandigarh are very close too . One must visit chandigarh and stay at this delightful and pleasant hotel .

It is a wonderful hotel with versatile and dynamic manager Mr Vivek who has been highly cooperative throughout. The hotel is maintaining high standards in hygiene and sanitation and all other services. Highly affordable and nice place to stay at.

Me and my family love the peaceful atmosphere & a spacious room related to that atmos.. and I get all those by staying here.Without doubt downtown one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Chandigarh! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and manager mr. Vivek, we were upgraded to the Paradise Suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the hotel supervisor Mr vivek deserves a special thanks. We had great evenings here, thanks a lot for your hospitality and we'll behaviour. Parking was very spacious,Planned to visit here everytime.

The hotel was undergoing some kind of renovation during our stay. There was dust all around, the door locks were not working, there were faults in some of the basic amenities you need to live in a place. Advice to the hotel: Please don't book guests unless and until you can make the rooms livable for people.

I was moved by the attitude and approach of Mr. Vivek, the manager of the hotel who was ready to help at every nook and corner and truly exhibited his professional acumen having a sober personality. Do not fall for the photos they have provided online. Rooms are so small and not worth the money at all. In the name of Deluxe rooms they're providing very general size rooms. We have seen super deluxe rooms and they are small too. Not satisfied with the rooms .

Their food was the best part of the whole stay. The morning breakfast at the rooftop was the highlight of the whole stay. The rooms though were pretty old with no investment into their maintainance. The walls, headboard, floor and couch were stained. Few rooms had bad odour too. But the staff was very cooperative and helped us in changing our room to a different one with better conditions.

Amazingly co-operative staff. Quick service. Limited buffet breakfast. All in all value for money.
