Novotel Chandigarh Rooms are nicely done up. Reservation desk needs to be more quick. Buffet spread is good and tasty. Service is good. Staff is warm and friendly. Good place to to stay in Chandigarh if looking for a 5star hotel.

Beautiful hotel in Chandigarh. The Novotel Hotel in Chandigarh offers a comfortable stay with modern amenities and a convenient location. The rooms are well-appointed and the staff is attentive. Overall, it's a good choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The price is alright if a few things are fixed. Rooms are good now and emphasizing now because being a new hotel, I could see some interiors peeling off. Restaurant service was very poor even when it was not a rush hour. Front office service was excellent with quick checkin and check out process.

A service oriented staff mans a practical and Beautifully maintained property. You are guests and therefore, very well looked after...it shows they care. Have returned twice since my first trip...this has become the pit stop for my family. Going there again tomorrow.

A hidden treasure in Mumbai that should get more advertising for tourist who want to know more about the life of Gandhi. The building is well kept & maintained. There is a huge libary there which people can access. It is good to go in there with a local guide who can guide you through the building. The place has been kept as it was when Gandhi used to live there. An eye opening experience 👍😁

Had a wonderful Lunch experience today with friends. Their Curves Bar is equally nice as their Main Restaurant Food Exchange. Look forward to coming there again soon.

Doesn’t allow your speaker, buffet is just fine, TV is good for nothing, poor wifi. Rooms are good as they are brand new. Just doubt as they don’t comply to any other novotel - they have their own rules. Hope it gets better with time, age of the property and feedbacks

It is one of the newest properties in Chandigarh. Location is tribune chowk, near the Elamite mall. Services and amenities are good, staff is very polite and helpful. The food quality is good too. Overall it is one of the good places to stay at the price being charged.

The hotel was advertised as a 5 Star Hotel & priced accordingly, but the Rooms & experience is more of a 3 star hotel.. Rooms were so basis without any decor, washroom were tiny, room service was being made to be paid on every service... experience not worthy of a 5 star rated hotel at all... Food however was good..

The food is very nice. The service of staff is excellent, and behavior is very humble. Even after providing the food, they asked how the food. The atmosphere is good. The rates are bit costlier but it's ok as per the quality of the food. I have to wait much to get the table as it's too much rush. The food is served very well. All the standard payment methods are accepted here. It's a very nice experience, I will visit again soon.

This hotel is a disgrace to the concept of hospitality. Despite its lavish appearance, the service here is abysmal. Staff members seem to have a complete disregard for guests' needs. It's as if they've never heard of the word "hospitality." Save yourself the disappointment and steer clear of this so-called "luxury" establishment. We had a Booked it's Restaurant for the Lunch. The Service was So Poor that Not even 10% of our Total 50 Guests were Served with Snacks....At last we Started having the Main Course to Save our Guests frm Hunger. Soon the Serving Dishes got Empty and they Didn't Bother to Refill them. Coffee was Served without Sugar...and I Personally had to get Up and give to our Guests. SHEER DISGRACE...!
