Perfect location. Apartment is elegant , stylish and clean. Equipped with everything ( There coffee machine, hairdryer , iron, big fridge ect. ). The bed was very comfortable, when I travel it’s my main complaint but the bed and pillow were very comfortable. Lots of interesting books to read and catalogs with information about Crete Island. And the most important is amazing host. Thank you so much.

We were there for our girls trip in July 2021. Communication via Instagram was always very fast and kind. The place itself is very easy to find and you reach the city of Chania within 5 to 10 minutes via car. Across the street is a small supermarket, A couple of restaurants and down the street you can find a bigger supermarket and lots of other stores. The apartment is very big and thoughtfully designed. Furniture is modern and new, There’s enough space for storage and to feel yourself like at home. The kitchen and all necessities for cooking, including Oil and spices, salt and pepper. Tea and coffee is also available and we were greeted with a bottle of champagne, so nice of the host!! The beds were very comfortable and a cleaning lady came to tidy up every second day. There was a huge balcony to the apartment and on top of the building you can find an amazing rooftop terrace with a perfect view over the city (Great spot for pictures!). Aggeliki, the host, was very very kind and helpful. You can ask her whenever you need something and she also prepared a small book with all types of recommendations and I highly recommend you and trying the places she mentions!! Overall, this vacation was amazing and all three of us enjoyed The time in the apartment a lot. We would come there back anytime and recommend it to everyone Who wants to visit Crete! :)

The apartment is modern, clean, comfortable and stylishly appointed. We had the penthouse so whilst a little smaller inside than some apartments, it had a delightful private open area on the roof with a great view. Kitchen is well fitted out, bed was comfortable, beach towels and washing machine/dryer provided. We had a car but the walk into old town takes approx 20mins , there is a good Taverna across the road also couple of small supermarkets and Bakery. Parking on site. Plenty of excellent information on places to visit, restaurants etc is provided in apartment by Aggeliki. Only slight hiccup at times, was the barking of the neighbourhood dogs. Would be happy to return.

The apartment is tastefully furnished, well equipped, immaculately clean and large. The host is very knowledgable with lots of really useful local tips, helpful and easy to communicate with always responding promptly to any queries. Highly recommended.

Even though the exterior appearance of the building does not show that the interior has such standards as soon as you enter the room you understand the huge difference it has in terms of aura, decoration and functionality... A big thumbs up to whoever decorated it and another big thumbs up to how organized it all is there. Probably the best mattress I've ever slept on... Thank you very much for everything

Very modern and comfortable apartments with all of the comforts of home. We rented three apartments over two floors for a family wedding. Our two bedroom apartment was equipped with a kitchen (all utensils included), lounge, three aircon units, walk-in shower, a balcony that wrapped around the full building, iron and washing machine. The beds were large, clean and very comfortable. Each bedroom had ample cupboard and storage space for our luggage. Each window has an external shutter, which helps with the neighbour noises (barking dogs and nearby school). The owner was very friendly, thoughtful and courteous. If we return to Chania, we'll definitely use Urban Living again.

Room was very nice, clean, urban decorated and beautiful. Nearby to old town and next to nice bakery and fresh fruit mini market for breakfast. Excellent service and Aggeliki the host was super nice.

The accommodation deserves 10 stars. My wife and I are here for the third time and are thrilled once again. I have recommended this accommodation to numerous friends over the last few years and all have been very happy here. The apartments are very stylish and beautifully furnished. Especially noteworthy is the cleanliness of the rooms. The equipment of the rooms also leaves nothing to be desired: Air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, kettle for coffee and tea, and nice dishes. The location is also very good and across the street is a wonderful restaurant where I am sitting right now writing this review. The owner (Aggeliki) is always available via WhatsApp and takes very loving care of her guests. When my brother-in-law was here a few months ago with his wife and had a birthday on the day of arrival, Aggeliki got a cake for them.

We had the best stay here. Whatever you see in the pictures is what you get. The host has really thought through every little detail that her guests would need. She has made interesting notes as to what you can get nearby and she’s a message away for anything you need from her. Her assistant (Tammy) has also been extremely helpful all through, answering our many questions and making sure that we are comfortable. We are extremely pleased with their service and we highly recommend this stay. It’s so close to the old town and yet far away from the buzz. It’s perfect. Thank you for hosting us.

The apartment was a perfect size to fit 5 girls on a ladies trip. Our suite had all the amenities required to cook and have enough space. It is a short 20 minute walking distance into the old town with lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well if you don’t want to venture too far. The rooftop patio was a great addition.

Everything was perfect! We loved it! Amazing apartment, super clean and spacious! The location is good! We had car but some of us were walking to the port and center every evening! There is little store right outside of the building and Greek taverna if you need food! There is shops for food that work all night nearby! So if you land late at night like us, you are safe! You can also order food very easy and fast day and night! We were group of friends with kids and all of us had amazing time! You have everything that you need in the apartment for cooking, blow dryer, iron, even washing machine. They gave us also towels for the beach and umbrella, because we had small baggage on the airplane! Thanks to Angeliki, she is the best!

Hospitality of Aggeliki's (the host) is beyond compere, she's the warmest, nicest and most helpful person ever. Her place is amazing, so beautiful and comfortable, it is everything you wish for. After a long, hot day in Crete you can enjoy a delightful drink on the rooftop with the exquisite view of Chania, mountains and the see. Apartment is cozy, functional and spacious with extra attention to furniture detail. In other words, thank you Aggeliki once again for the wonderful time we spent in Chania!

We are big fans of serviced apartments for our holidays and we have always picked the best wherever we go. Chania Urban Living is by far the best one we have ever experienced. The apartment is furnished in style, full of light and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is ready from time zero with everything needed, olive oil, spices, coffee. Even an Italian family size mokka coffee maker! Aggeliki is a fantastic host, really went beyond her way to make our stay memorable. Don’t miss the local restaurant To Dikalo(Το Διχαλο) just opposite the apartment, once you try you won’t go anywhere else, authentic Cretan food for authentic local Cretans

Everything was perfect. Stayed here twice and it was simply beautiful. Any issues i had i was able to get in contact with her and she helped out everytime. I will stay here everytime i visit Greece. Very clean and tidy, close to town, has an authentic Greek restaurant 2 doors down. Simply amazing.
