Tazkira's
Salon

Center
and
experienced
a
series
of
events
that
initially
left
me
dissatisfied
but
were
eventually
resolved
to
my
satisfaction.
I
had
availed
the
"full
body
massage
with
oil"
service,
which
was
confirmed
through
Facebook
Messenger
to
cost
BDT
1500
only,
with
a
50%
discount
applicable
for
Sunday
appointments.
Upon
receiving
the
bill,
I
was
charged
BDT
2000
initially,
and
after
deducting
a
discount
of
BDT
200,
the
final
bill
amounted
to
BDT
1800.
This
contradicted
the
previously
agreed-upon
price
and
the
discount
I
was
promised.
Having
the
messenger
conversation
as
evidence,
I
promptly
showed
it
to
the
person
in
charge,
highlighting
the
confirmation
of
the
50%
discount
for
the
mentioned
service.
Only
then
was
I
reluctantly
offered
a
revised
price
of
BDT
1000,
which
I
accepted.
However,
I
complained
to
the
authority
and
the
salon's
authority
responded
promptly
to
my
complaint
and
sincerely
apologized
for
the
confusion.
They
also
extended
an
invitation
to
visit
their
unit

demonstrates
their
commitment
to
customer
satisfaction.
While
my
visit
encountered
pricing
discrepancies,
I
commend
the
salon
for
their
prompt
response
and
willingness
