Worst experience. I shop from janani 3 weeks ago. Including A Small tank 300/-, 2 KG White Sand 220/-, thermometer 120/-, LED Light 100/-, Fish catching net 50/- I paid 850 taka with bkash charge.. They didn’t include the thermometer in my bag... I called the owner later and he said i didn’t paid for the thermometer. I said, i paid, then he said he will ask the shopkeeper later... I called couple of times but he didn’t refund my money or give me any solution!!! I added the proof in photos
