The counter is as much non-standard as much good their bus service is. I wish they renovate this counter at AK khan upto the level of their customer.

Big space, comfortable and smooth ride. I think Desh Travels is the only bus give you a big space seat in Dhaka-Chittagong Highway. The price should reduce at 1000 taka

Usually committed about their schedule. Buses are good, comfortable and spacious. Drivers and other crews are trained, well behaved. I travelled from Dhaka to Cox's Bazar and chittagong to Cox's Bazar and vice versa. I recommend it if you want to travel to long distance within Bangladesh.

Traveled long time before Dac to CTG, Service is good specially asking feedback over phone after traveling ,complementary food but bus quality need to improve such as Volvo , scania or Mercedes rather than Hyundai

Traveled twice from Dhaka to Cox's Bazar, both times had to change buses on the way due to mechanical problem. The replaced buses were very dirty. Had to wait several hours in the middle of journey. Awful experience.

Rough behaviour, doesn't provide safety for female passengers, puts male seat beside female seat when the female seat was bought 2 weeks ago. Extremely arrogant and uses foul language
