Sony brand is so popular. And I like the brand . I always live to by brand products from showroom. OLED best tv. Service centre is so helpful. Staffs managers are very nice behaved. Showroom is heart of the town but parking not available.

The showroom has a decent collection but their price limit is way too high.. I bought a Sony Bravia 43" smart Android TV for 53 thousand taka from Muradpur Sony showroom but the same one was here for 69 thousand taka . Also bought a remote for 800 taka which was 2000 in this outlet.

Sony ad in daily newspaper is not clear as to how much a customer need to pay for purchasing any TV. It is otherwise cheating the customer. I was very unhappy to know about the actual amount I had to pay. If it would be clear then definitely I would not have gone there. If consumer rights would be strong in our country then I COULD go for filing a case. Thanks.

There products works in good condition for 3 to 6 months. After that they start malfunctioning. and then suddenly stops working.
