Forget the treatment provided. Let’s hear about the patient waiting time that’s happening in the Oncology OPD. With just providing world class treatment is not going to save the ratings and reputation. You have to wait 2-3 hours each time of the visit. And god only knows why some patients are called promptly and others wait until the disease kills them. If someone from the operations team gets to read this please have mercy on patients. Because here the Doctor isn’t take time but no idea why the waiting time is high.

Excellent hospital with highly qualified and experienced doctors and technicians. I am proud and happy that I was treated by a few doctors of this reputed hospital. The doctors are very friendly and are ready to help you with a smile. The way they console you and induce courage is praiseworthy. The only negative point that I noted is the car parking area. There is absolutely no place at all for the car parking. If the management can arrange that too, I am sure Apollo is going to be one of the best in the world. Kudos to all the staff.

My grandfather was in Apollo Teynampet for approximately 10 months. It was a very difficult time for us. However, all the doctors, nurses, etc. in the hospital made the experience much more seamless and easy for us. Dr.Dedeepiya was very thorough with the treatment plans, and he went out of his way to make sure my grandfather was comfortable and in good health. In addition, he was very specific with things like the diagnosis, and overall was really good in managing the CCU team.

Have been to Apollo Cancer Centre in Teynampet for the last one year or so for treatment of Cancer for my uncle under Shankar Srinivasan. Patient responding to immunotherapy very positively and rapidly. The Pet CT department at Apollo Teynampet is also doing a marvellous job and very responsive to patients needs and problems. These small things like expediting a process for out station patients speaks a lot about the commitment of the hospital and its staff towards the well-being of its patients.

I am very happy with this time MRI scan, it is much better than OMR,and anywhere I scanned, and all staffs behaviour and they are all co-operate with me very well. From Kolkata we came here to treat my brain tumor cancer, here we meet dr, md zehran, is My God, and radio oncologist Dr Sanjay chandrasekhar,also my God, when I meet with dr , I feel than I am totally fine and cure. It was a real nice experience treating my uncle for Stage III Urinary bladder cancer here. Dr. RatnaDevi is a well renowned professional and I'm so glad we got to here, thank God for that. The experience was so transparent, Quality treatment and seamless process of undergoing the Radiotherapy package. Needless to mention, treatment and equipment quality makes Apollo stand out from the others indeed. In Apollo, doctors are very good and caring.premises are clean.but in billing something seems to be wrong.we were asked to pay the same doctor twice on the same day. Please address this issue.Also the security and some lift operators are very rude.they don't even know how to behave with the patient and their attenders.

This is review about the ultrasound section of the C-block. The staff at the registration desk at was very informative and detailed us about the procedure. Excellent service. Video appointments are more comfortable. Manoj sir is doing a exceptional job in getting us the Video appointments with ease.

Dependable health services; doctors and instruments. Helpful doctors and friendly. Rare to see, these days. It would have been 5* but for parking facilities. Security don't help us to park. Though valet parking is said to in operation, I never had the facility.

Came here for master health check. X-ray and ultrasound were done to my satisfaction. X-ray was done without any wait. Ultrasound, because it takes time needed a bit of wait but it was still as per the expectation set to me. The doctor did a thorough job.

Excellent consultation with Dr Vikash Mahajan. Doctor clearly and patiently explained about my mother's health conditioned and clearly told us the way forward. Staffs supported well by taking her in wheel chair.

The doctors were wonderful and empathetic. Couldn't ask for more. Yes. The insurance papers work took a very long time. We had to wait for hours before the got discharged because of that. That could have been faster. But for that, everything else perfect!

My brother was active before admission. He was dead.He was 37 year old having 2 kids. He strongly believed the doctors. But Dr ramanan and team was not caring my brother properly. Team doctors particularly dhayalan very worst behavior. We spend 30Lacs but no use. Please save life.

I being a doctor, I’m writing this. The Worst patient care ever ! They ll never inform us whether doctor is in op or not ! They ll ask us to wait for hours and hours !!! Sick ! Dr T Raja waiting time is app 3-4 hours irrespective you have appointment or not !! If we ask the secretary they ll just say wait for your turn !
