Very nice hotel especially for Chiang Mia at a very reasonable price. The place is well maintained and the staff were super friendly. Parking was very easy and good security as well. Covid protocols were followeed through out the hotel. It has a very good gym as well with a good mix of resistance, free weights and cardio. Very spacious rooms with ample water pressure. On the map it looks like it's way outside of town but in reality the old city, gate etc is only a 5-10 min scooter/grab/taxi ride away. Atm near by along with restaurant , 7-11 you can walk to. The wifi was free at 2mbs fast enough for YouTube. Good restaurant and bar if you want to hang at the hotel. I stayed here for one day originally just to try it out but ended up booking the rest of the week after one night. Definitely will be back when I am in Chiang Mai again. Surpassed my expectations.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very courteous. There is a large buffet spread for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The price is around THB 850 for one adult. There is a gym and swim pool and conference room. The WiFi is strong and works without disconnecting. There is a Bangkok Bank ATM, suitable for Indian travelers. There is a 7 Eleven store and a Massage Spa just outside the hotel. The downside is, the city market is not near, has to walk a lonely street or book a grab.

Room is perfectly clean, comfy and very quiet. I had good sleeps over there, recharge my body battery. The breakfast is so good, full belly for sure. Definitely, I’ll be revisiting.

Came for their 200 baht breakfast buffet. They offer different kind of food ( mostly Thai and English food ). Their crossiant is good. Kao soi is also good as well. Other Thai food such as kaprao and red pork with rice needs some improvement. Egg benedict , french toast and pancake needs alot of improvement ( please avoid these menu for now , not worth the try ). Great service from the staff. You can park in the hotel parking lot.

In room wifi is so slow it is unusable. Beds also quite old and in desperate need of refurbishment.

The rooms are old and smelly especially rooms with carpets. The rooms haven't been renovated since Centara group took over from Holiday Inn, but room prices are almost double what Holiday Inn charges. The staff was very professional and supportive in getting us room on 7th floor where there is no carpets.

Clean and neat... Nice staff...Good cafe using Starbuck beans. There are many restaurants, local markets, nice cafe around here, so it is easy to find food and drink with reasonable price... There are so many interesting tourists attraction nearby such CMU STeP, beautiful temples, and Ang Keaw public park.

YOU MADE MY DAY!! It is the most wonderful valentine celebration in my life. Thank you very much for all staffs, you are very care and energetic, full of positive energy, good manners and unbelievable service mind. It was valentine event, crowded by many couples, main courses quite a bit late, however when we’re served, the staff said immediately “I really apologize for late main courses” My upset is totally gone, I really appreciate her manner and service mind. You did great job! If you are sensible human, you should know that on the event day, kitchen staffs work hard, and food might be late, no complain about this at all. It’s totally acceptable. Kitchen team, it’s your turn! Grilled fish is INCREDIBLE DELICIOUS, and Tiramisu is OUTSTANDING!! They are fingerlicking GOOD!! Thank you very much I really recommend this fantastic hotel, excellent location near Ping river, and stunning Doi Suthep view. Not far fromold city. Very clean and reasonable price. I definitely RECOMMEND

The hotel facilities are old, there is no wifi, and the lobby counter staff are very unfriendly. Only the bellboy and security guard were very friendly.

Stayed there for 2 weeks. The facilities and location are great close to market and lots of restaurants. Gift shop located at the front. Level 3 has got massage/spa service with pools and steam/fitness room. The staffs were well attentive especially bell captain and housekeeper. The reception can be confusing in charging as I had this issue 3 times. The breakfast area was good and lots of foods selection. However it could be overwhelming from tourist as it was very busy during that time of the year. We had Christmas brunch at the hotel, the chef and floor staffs were great. Foods were excellent.

Slightly older hotel but we'll maintain except bed is a bit worn-out. Big spacious room only found in hotel built some time ago. All wood furniture all well maintained too.

Room n services good. Food could be better. Parking average as needed to walk. Swimming pool not well maintained

Old hotel but very nice and clean as well. Excellent customer service but don't like the idea of room deposit being kept for 14 days minimum!!!

Always came here for business meetings. Spent some nights at the room, no balcony, no window can be opened. That's the total down point. This was Holiday Inn taken over by Centara, so yes, a bit of an old hotel. Parking is ok, food is not bad.

Shame that this place is far so old and over price. Furnitures are so old and broken as you can see. So outdated. Breakfast is not impressive. Do not sit outside when breakfast because there are birds want to share your breakfast. I think this hotel is over rate themself. good location next to the market and 7-11

Good hotel for that price. Large, high and little bit old. Room is good, bed is really big. First time I saw yellow water in bathroom, but after one minute it was clear, it cause ground work in Chiangmai Mai, maybe change tubes

Large but dated rooms. Well maintained however you can hear your neighbour quite clearly through the walls unfortunately which ruins the experience....... Hotel service is very good but WiFi is congested in the evenings if that is essential for your stay.

We brought a group of 100+ leaders from across Asia into Chiang Mai and used the Centara Riverside for our meeting rooms, some meals and to house part of the group. The Centara was outstanding! Excellent in service with great and gracious attention to detail. We highly recommend them…

A refurbished big hotel with affordable big rooms and plenty of space inside. A big single bed with a sofa and 1 working table. Bathroom also very big with shower and a tub. Hotel restaurant with great Asian food at affordable price THB 3xx during weekdays. Taste of food is not too spicy for foreigners. Hotel has outdoor swimming pool. Hotel located in the mid town so street food and convenient stores nearby.

All staff persons were attentive, warm and caring. Breakfast was not great but good enough. I chose the lowest cost room to be assigned by the hotel and was surprised by the assignment: A Hugh room on the 23rd floor view great view, bathroom with a separate bathtub, slippers and gowns, a large desk… It was a fantastic stay and I strongly recommend this place for those who want to be spoiled.

since they changed to Centara chain, seems to be a l ittle bit in better shape and cleaner. The rooms still super big, breakfast is a bit poor, but this unbeatable price makes it the perfect place to be, It is not closer to the city center or night bazar but it is not far either, so still a good option for us to stay. we will come back

I went to the Sunday buffet. We offer you as a wine by the glass of Mar y sol note 2.7 at Vivino, the rest is up to the wine, industrial dimsum, oysters not well defrosted mediocre choice A real disappointment

Staff always helpful from receptionist, banquet and surrounded conference rooms. Rooming rate also reasonable for a small conference room (12 pax), wide window with river view made 3 days fruitful meeting.

Services and hospitality was awesome.... It was beyond comparison... The staff khun Dew ( Kachaporn) and the chef made our marriage anniversary day to remember for life time. The other staff was equally good and supportive. I will rate 6/5.

Gym review Very impressive amount of dumbbells! Up to 50kg/110lb Some basic weight machines and cardio equipment. I was impressed.

This is a great hotel right on the Ping River. It's a beautiful spacious hotel and the facilities are excellent including a well equipped gym overlooking the river, great sauna a steam room and a pool. There are a few restaurants to choose from and all the staff are nice and friendly. The rooms themselves are spacious and modern and the beds are amazingly comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it.
