I thought this would be a convenient spot to do a mobile order and grab and go as my train arrived in the Loop. I was wrong. The scene was chaotic and people were everywhere, waiting at least 30 minutes for their beverages. Mine almost got snapped up by someone with a similar name - which seems like something a major chain like Starbucks should have figured out a system with order numbers instead of names when you have 50 people standing around, waiting for their drink. The staff was doing their best, but it was evident they can't handle the influx when crowds mobile order. I would recommend going to a different location.

Ordered a latte and there were about 8 people in front of me. I waited over 20 mins and was going to miss my train so I did not even get my drink after paying for it.

The service here is very slow. I cannot count the amount of times I had a mobile order and it was forgotten about or it was completed 10+ minutes after the expected time. The staff is not very attentive. They frequently don't approach or ask you what your name is and what you are waiting for. Today I had very bad customer service in particular. I had a mobile order and I arrived about 5-10 minutes after the expected wait time. Nobody helps me so I tell the staff my name and she just goes "OK, so what?". I am not sure if this person thinks I just gave her my name for fun, I was clearly waiting for an order. She was condescending and rude. Luckily, there was a staff that was willing to help and make my drink, but the person in charge of organizing the drinks was extremely rude to me for absolutely no reason. This was the only time I had ever been livid at customer service from Starbucks. I have had situations where maybe the wrong drink was made or they forgot something and I understand it, but this was just serious lack of manners. Get your Starbucks or Coffee elsewhere if you can.

Starbucks offers a Classic Oatmeal garnished with muesli, cherries, currants, raisins, and berries, in addition to sliced crunchy Almonds, Agave syrup, Golden Sugar. Fresh blueberries can be added at cost. Early morning breakfast at 5AM is definitely an advantage for early morning risers. Great service, friendly staff, and efficient baristas at Starbucks.

I don't suggest ordering when they're are alot of people. I had ordered my drink and waited but then to have 10 min pass by and not have my drink come. So then I went up to one of the employees who was at the register to ask if they forgot about my drink. THEY TOTALLY DID. The employee at the register made it right and made my drink.

Surprisingly slow for how many people were behind the counter. Granted, there were at least a dozen customers in line or waiting for their orders. And probably as many orders being worked on from on-line. They did make me an "Ocho", which is essentially eight shots of espresso. Super convenient location, so have to give them that...

Convenient location, staff gets food out quickly. Food is subpar compared to other Starbucks I've been to. Matcha lemonade tasted kinda off and the egg bites gave me some stomach issues later in the day. There's an Dunkin right next to the Starbucks if you just want a coffee from the food court or a quick breakfast item.

This location sucks! They are always “sold out” of Nitro on the app and they close the mobile pickup area way too early every day so you are forced to wait in line. Give your business to Dunkin right across from them, they do a way better job and actually appreciate their customers!

I had the pleasure of visiting this Starbucks today and met a young man by the name of Victor. All I can say is this was the absolute nicest most professional and courteous Barista I have ever met not only at a Starbucks but at any other coffee shop. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to take care of my unique request! Other locations nearby could learn something from this person and his coworker was just as nice and pleasant. I unfortunately did not get her name but this is my new favorite go to Starbucks!

asked one of the baristas for a reccomendation and she did amazingly, best drink i’ve ever had!! can’t remember her name but i think it started with an A she was so pretty, worked at 5:30pm on 1/8/2023 PLEASE GIVE THIS GIRL A BONUS/RAISE HER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BARISTA SKILLS ARE UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!! she made a venti ice brown sugar oat espresso latte with vanilla sweet cream cold foam and 4 pumps of white mocha, making this british tourists day and i hope she gets everything good in this world :)

Dunkin Donuts was having problems this morning, to I went to Starbucks Asked for a Dark Double Toasted Bagel with Butter They barely warmed the Bagel and charged me for Cream Cheese (the bagel was smaller but probably fresher than Dunkin) The attendants murmured in a low voice Next time I go back to Starbucks

Haven't had an issue using mobile order and pick up at this location, always ready and reliable!

I asked for light ice and I didn’t get it, and my drink had so much ice there was barely any matcha. I didn’t wanna make the workers day any harder though so I ignored it. I asked for a cup holder for my 2 drinks and they gave me half a cup holder. Half of a cup holder can’t hold drinks, it’s floppy, the cup holder isn’t for decoration so why only give me half, I might as well just be making my hand a claw and hold them myself. also the guy seemed annoyed when i asked for the cupholder. I don't get why if you're upset u need to make sure i know you're upset. Basically: Scammed on the drink, scammed on the cup holder too, and the employees hate doing their job I guess.

Horrible experience Waited for 20 minutes for one iced latte. One man was busy taking orders and other was labeling the cups. Horrible Starbucks coffee I had in my life. I could literally feel the sugar granules and bitterness of coffee. He just pour sugar, ice milk and couple of shots. Pathetic Pathetic and Pathetic!!

NEVER had an issue at this location until recently. I feel a new employee (male), is racially indifferent. I have visited 3 separate occasions during his shift. He never asks for my name. Even when I ask him does he need it he makes an excuse to not accept it!!. But when a person of non color places an order, he asks for their name and hands them their food. He always places mine on the counter. Not even checking to see if he is placing my item in coffee spills. It's really disheartening.
