I
came
in
here
and
I
had
one
of
the
best
times
of
my
life.
I’ve
never
had
food
from
Yemen.
YEMENI
FOOD
IS
AMAZING!!
This
is
an
extremely
new
and
local
mom
and
pop
place.
I
love
places
like
this.
You
can
tell
everything
is
homemade.
The
person
working
there
suggested
what
I
should
eat.
Lamb
mandi.
He
gave
me
different
types
of
lamb
to
try.
It
comes
with
different
sides
like
lemons,
onions,
caramelized
crispy
onions.
The
portions
were
HUGE!
The
lamb
fell
off
the
bone.
It
was
SOOOOOOOOOOO
GOOD.
Also
got
a
yogurt
and
cucumber
salad/
sauce
and
a
Yemeni
tea.
Everything
was
absolutely
delicious.
Also,
I
was
told
I
could
eat
with
my
hands.
In
my
culture
we
also
eat
with
our
hands.
I
sat
by
myself
and
just
ate
(half
with
my
hands
and
half
with
utensils).
Just
sat
in
silence
and
ate.
It
was
pure
unadulterated
bliss.
I
even
got
to
speak
to
the
owner
who
was
telling
me
that
he
owned
a
huge
restaurant
in
Yemen,
and
this
is
the
same
food.
He
made
everything
himself.
This
food
was
phenomenal
and
a
treat
to
my
taste
buds.
Looking
forward
to
my
leftovers.
Can’t
wait
to
go
back
here!
