😠 Tried the Sriracha Ketel One Bloody Mary. I don’t think the bartender put in sriracha in my drink. Could not taste sriracha in the drink. So it was incredibly underwhelming to pay $25 for a drink that was pretty small to begin. I understand airport prices but the quality was not that great. People often mention drink, service,

This was a convenient place to find flying in from Memphis to Chicago Midway Airport before boarding our final flight home to Bradley in CT. Located in the center of Concourse B, it's an easy place to say this looks good and sit down for something quick to eat and drink. They are busy, of course, with other people who made the same decision for the first time, and others who seemed to be regulars and comfortable with the scenario. Our service, as a result, wasn't immediate but came before complaining. The food was decent. Cocktails were okay - odd mixes of liquor and small pours. My partner thought the employees should have spoke outside of their native language for our hour or so at the bar, but it seemed they were used to this. Menu varied from bar fare to dinner entrees. Customers who sat alone read the paper and couples enjoyed conversation. Definitely worth a stop if hungry and waiting for your connection.

At the "B" gates of Midway Airport and had some time for an adult beverage before boarding. They have a good selection of beer and wine. They can make almost any cocktail you would like as well. They have a nice food menu in case you need to fuel up before departing. Good little watering hole while waiting to board.

I would give -10 if I could. The girl at the register where you order food picking at her Carmex was extremely rude. She let me know in the nastiest way they did have have Cobb salad. I asked what did they have she rudely said "everything else" I asked her name so that I could log a complaint but she refused. So I ate elsewhere. She looked liked she would rather be somewhere else...maybe she should but probably won't. Taproom a little further down had a fantastic Cobb salad and better customer service.

Nice open place, didn’t eat here but from what I could see of the food looked good. The cocktail I had was pretty good, hope so for $20. Was hoping for another one but they were out of an ingredient. Definitely worth coming back and having another drink and trying some of the food.

Exactly what an airport bar should be! Good pours at fair prices - this is a Pinot noir (looks fuller b/c I threw some ice in to slow myself down) that was $14.25 - and friendly, efficient service! Julie G. gave great advice on what drink to order and handled all of her customers with grace.

The 1 star 🌟 is because one lady was doing a good service, the others were bad and the food was horrible!!! This is what looks like an “avocado toast” after a hurricane cat 5!

Worst employee ever… rude, crude and rude again. I was up to the bar waiting for my next plane, and having respect for the bar industry trade I patiently waited with some look in the eye contact that I would like to have something she continued to joke with patrons as she casually looked my way and ignored myself and another person so I finally walked away after 5 or so minutes. Then as I was in the restaurant side she ventured into the area and she was asked a simply question by a polite 12 year old girl.. she rudely without words slapped a sign around and walked off.. extremely poor customer care and general piss poor attitude. She need to be replaced by someone who values their job like the majority of us.

Tried to get a beverage here tonight (October 22, 2023), but the lady working was so incredibly rude that we decided to leave. She wouldn't even give me her name. Middle aged, white woman with black plastic rimmed glasses and rhinestones on the side. She first approached my husband and I fo bus the counter in front of us. We started to place our order. She ignored us and walked away, she then helped someone mediately across from us. We then made eye contact again and asked for the "friends with benefits" cocktails. She told us they were out of the ingredients and walked away quickly. We then made eye contact again and tried to order different drinks. She then replied with "that person will help you" and walked away. I asked her name to incide in this review, but she wouldn't provide it. The only reason I can think she didn't provide us service is race. Such as awful experience. I hope she gets some education and training on customer service and learns kindness.
