So far, i have only had the potatoes but they were AMAZING! Chicken, spinach, broccoli (some avacado that i added myself) and covered in cheese! It was fantastic! Obviously very filling. One of my co workers has been raving about Life and the food they make so we took a trio and i was absolutely satisfied! 10/10 recommend and we will most definitely be back for lunch soon! They have a sweet and very healthy menu to choose from! I loved it!

Came here to visit from not too far in Illinois. Loved the food and this was the highlight of my trip. The food was so delicious and I will come back for sure. One question I do have is who did the art on the wall? It is amazing and it was a wonderful experience at the restaurant. Great service. Found out about the restaurant because of the kid in my class named Jeremiah.

Would have voted 10 stars but they only give you 5. This food is it’s name... it gave me LiFE. My mom and I ordered one combo bowl chicken and shrimp and the veggie bowl. No words, this place needs to be a sit down restaurant. The food comes alive and the flavors explodes. The best comfort food I ever had and it’s black owned. That’s as real as I can get!!! Amazing!!!

I was introduced to Life Restaurant from my co-worker. She was enjoying a Salmon bowl from there that looked absolutely delicious. She recommended the loaded potato also so I got both. Needless to say I've introduced Life to my family and the rest is history. I am forever a customer and will bring more business your way. I will stop by after work today. My first time here was Saturday 7/20 Ordered the Salmon Bowl and was thoroughly impressed. Didnt know what to expect for the price. I enjoyed my food. Felt great after it was all done and not feel bloated. Their service was great. Respectful. Patient with me and my questions. They communicate with you as your food is going along! I'll be back. VERY NUTRITIOUS FOOD YALL!

Great variety of good food. Great family oriented place to eat. They have great smoothies. Also involved in the community. I suggest you try them. You will go back for more.

Definitely won't be my last time going, I'm just upset with myself I waited so long. I got the loaded chicken tato and couldn't stop eating it. I can't wait to try the other menu items.

The food is delicious, I have tried 4 bowls, the chiloui and my favorite is the stuffed salmon. The service is always great and the atmosphere is lovely.
