    Again - it’s 4 AM. Fine. Don’t call yourself 24 hours if you’re not. I have no problem with respecting business’ posted time. This is the second time that I have been turned away from this presumptuously “24 hour” business on Google. UPDATE YOUR HOURS ITS SO EASY. I can’t believe you waste peoples time like this.

    I ordered a Chicken Mcgridle and 2 has browns fresh .I asked for syrup the young lady said they charge 30 cents so I asked for a refund for the mcgridle meanwhile I'm still waiting on hash browns which is now 9 minutes passed since I place the order .The 1 lady notice I was still standing there so she emptied the has browns all except the 2 she re cooked the has browns so I told them just give me a refund because that's not fresh recooking it .Also cheese cost like 1.10 at this location I don't recommend this location they not a chain of mcdonslds and they can charge for what ever they wanna charge for and what ever amount they want. Every mcdonalds I go too cheese is 50 cents and syrup if FREE. McGridle is a pancake way charge for syrup.

    Not a McDonald's fan in general but this location in particular is a menace to the area. I have to catch the bus everyday in front of it and there's constant honking, arguing, and even people getting out of their cars and fighting in the drive-thru lane over the long waits. I can't imagine any food from this place being worth all that trouble. Beyond that, panhandlers hang around frequently and people have been robbed inside the store itself. The entrance and exit to the drive-thru is right by the corner of Chicago and Damen and causes all kinds of traffic slowdowns. It's a bad setup, bad location, simply not worth the trouble. McDonald's, please tear this location down It's not like you'll even notice anyway.

    10/11/21 3:29 pm. Walked in, 4 workers looked at me and turned away. I was the only person in the restaurant besides the worker cleaning. I stood without assistance for 5 minutes. Finally a worker came. I ordered a fry. She went back to standing with the remaining 3 workers. I waited another 5 minutes. After they finished chatting, she gave me my fry. McDonald's needs leaders, not best friends to run the shifts.

    OK so I haven’t been here in almost 3 years, but I always think about the chocolate milkshake i had from here one night in 2020, maybe 2021. I was driving home from my girlfriends and decided to get a milkshake, so I stopped here. Now, anybody who’s had a milkshake from McDonald’s in the last 20 years understands that they’re just not what they used to be… it’s kind of a bummer but every once in a while you go back for one, just out of pure impulse. Well, I don’t know what happened, but the milkshake they made for me that night was, without a shadow of a doubt in my mind, the best McDonald’s shake i’ve had since the 90’s. You know how typically, they have a thin, syrupy, almost foam-like consistency that only satisfies you a bit? This was different. It tasted like real, fresh ingredients were used, and the consistency was thick, perfect, smooth medium thick, and creamy, gentle rolling spheres of fat on my tongue creamy. Like Ronald McDonald himself milked and creamed and prepared the ingredients so that, for the first time since maybe 9/11, something from a McDonald’s would feel real. I will never forget the chocolate shake that i tried to drink slowly and enjoy for the rest of the drive home. Whoever made that shake, God bless you, we peons don’t deserve you EDIT: I went back and it wasn’t the same. Idk what it was but maybe the mRNA in the vaccines did something to my McDNA… jk :)

    Today I paid $8.07 for my order, no receipt. I get to the second window and she tries handing me the wrong order. Then says I owe another $5 and some odd change (why?), I handed her $6 in cash, no recipe again, didn’t give me change back just gave me the $1 back. Tell me how a meal and two $1 menu items costs $13!! Lol she legit robbed me. Worst service to date.

    This particular McDonald’s ALWAYS has a line a block long after 12a. They can’t seem to make orders in an efficient and timely manner for this to be considered “fast food”. I was literally trapped in the drive thru for an HOUR on Sat Dec 3rd at 1a. When I finally got to the window, they told me my order wasn’t even in their system and I had to wait even longer for them to FINALLY give me cold french fries, a cold fish fillet sandwich and a melted freezie drink with no straw. When I asked for the name of the manager, the employee suddenly didn’t speak English. She went to get another employee to answer my question who reluctantly told me the mgrs name is Victor. As I drove off she yelled “BIIITCH!!!” out of the drive thru window. I can’t give any lower than a 1 Star review, but I can tell family, friends, and the others that grew up with me in this community of the Ukranian Village to stay as far away from this particular McDonald’s as possible until they either find new management or do an overhaul on their staff. This experience was beyond ridiculous!

    Last night around 6pm, we were verbally attacked by a Hispanic worker in the drive thru. As we drove to the second window for our food, my husband and I realized we forgot to order sauces. He kindly asked the woman if she could please charge him four bbq sauces. She reacted aggressively throwing one bbq sauce in our bag. In Spanish, she YELLED at us that food must be ordered in the first window. Not only did she refuse to sell us the sauce, she began to yell at us how she is short staffed and there is a rush which is not only inappropriate but highly disrespectful. We made a human mistake. We did not deserve to be yelled at for bbq sauce. We did not ask for it for free. The woman that yelled at us was Hispanic and looked about 4’9-5’0. She wore all black and looked like the manager. Please put a sign that nothing can be ordered in the second window and talk to your staff on how to treat people.

    Fries were barely warm and soggy. We ordered chicken nuggets and asked for sweet and sour sauce. When we got our bag from the drive thru, we wanted to check if the sauce was in the bag before pulling away because they never seem to get it right. The person manning the window on 12/20 at 6:15pm kept rudely telling us sauce was in the bag multiple times. We took their word for it and pulled off. Got two blocks away and see that it was bbq sauce uggggggh

    Was happy to see that I wasn’t busy for once so I was the first person to order . Needless to say I still waited almost 5 min for 3 McDoubles and 2 fry’s . Asked for one to be plain they put onions on it . On top of that there was a man in front of me (literally next to the window u pick up ur food) asking for money and smoking a cigar so the smoke was going inside my car and the drive thru window (JUST NASTY) The workers just stuck there head out to look and laughed and left him there .

    I was extremely disappointed when I went inside and found out the this location no longer has charging stations to charge phones, laptops, etc. I noticed that a lot of McDonald's locations no longer allow you to charge your electronics. Let's be honest, McDonald's makes an INSANE amount of money, including the independently owned locations. I'm positive they can afford their electric bill!!

    We placed an orders for ice cream cones for kids and first of all they took longer than expected and when we got the ice cream one of the cone had paper wrap inside the cone ( must be from other cone in the stack) but i am just curious if the employees really check the food or containers before processing or serving food.

    ALWAYS getting orders wrong. Food either isn't cooked all the way or it's old and all they did was fry it again to make it look fresh. This place is disgusting and an absolute. Needs to be shut down.

    I call today because I’m area doing Uber eat and door dash well I went ask for 20 pieces nuggets there cold and I was missing 3 nuggets and Cristina the manager told me in phone call we can reverse your money or give some fresh ones but you have to bring your food girllll the food it’s to gone what you mean just be careful with staff you have in if I come back I need something else for same price bc is mistaken you guys did and me waisted gas for 3 nuggets nope im good bad service so didn’t went she crazy person im go back when food is gone I just left it like that

    The service is fast the quality of the food is tasty and the service is awesome . I have never gotten a meal that was not fresh out of the fryer. Very consistent french fries! Its amazing know that this place is back to the service we want.

    I ordered to eat in, kiosk tells you to grab a table locator and sit at a table, but the table locators don't work. You sit at your table and the staff just hold your food behind the counter for ten minutes. Got my fries dead cold and frozen coke melted. Ridiculous.

    The workers were on point today. They were amazingly fast and we had our food and paid within less than a minute after ordering at the drive through and none of the food tasted as if it were under a heat lamp.

    We come here all the time. The area you sat down in was clean, the employees were friendly and would go out of their way to help. It was an enjoyable experience. So if you need to stop for a quick snack or something quick for your kids, this is your place. They will deliver the correct food with a warm, friendly attitude. One of the best experiences at a McDonald’s by far! How can you ever go wrong with McDonald's? This location is worth visiting, over and over again. This store has it all together for the customer experience.

    Consistency is what I am looking for in a mcdonald's, this location has delivered well and we've very rarely had issues whether driving thru or getting delivery. Have not dined in. Fresh, hot fries, and accurate orders.

    We decided to have our lunch here since it was near our workplace. When we enter there are a lot of people inside. Some of my coworkers look at the table while Ana and I order our food. They have a self ordering station so we have time to choose any we like. We use credit cards to pay our bills. After that we just wait for our order to come. And we found them in the side part of the place. While waiting we can see a lot of people entering this place. And were glad that our order came. When I look at my co-worker, they are enjoying their food. I am also enjoying my food. Their chicken was so delicious. It was juicy and crunchy. The chicken meat inside has a taste. I got extra rice for this. We had a great experience here.
