This hotel is reasonably well facilated and good for its visitors. I visited this hotel many times & I liked this hotel pretty much. I am a Local Guide of Google Maps since long times and I created & edited so many place with the help of Google Maps. So as a Local Guide of Google Maps I think I reviewed this hotel.

Why did we have to book our stay with a 4.5k (with 30% discount) plus rent per day in a so-called 3 star hotel where the washroom's hair dryer is malfunctioned with electric switches below standard? You have to get pain to charge your cell phone. The WiFi fluctuates. The damn Government owned Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation hotels are much better. Shifting to nearby Hotel Agrabad. Undoubtly one of the best hotels of chittagong.

I would like to give minus star rating for this hotel. The worst service. No hot water, no internet, mosquito is everywhere. They just want to earn money without caring about the service.

You will feel the vibration when any big truck 🛻 moves nearby. Service is so so. To stay in this hotel is just to wastage of money!

A Gentle And Calm Hotel Very different experience in the gate of entrance a warm And Smiling salute. The room are well maintained and u can go anytime anywhere just the issue is everybody ask where are you going when ur coming it's very irritating but still at the end they are always smiling. (I wanted to share one more thing what i faced 2 times the receptionist is like how many days u will stay how many person I answer the receptionist but still the same question again and again is it my fault i came to this hotel) like really and I ordered this orange juice it taste like hell

It's one of the oldest hotels in the town. The spacious design is reflected in the rooms. However, the ventilation system was equally old, there's only a flap at the roof for you to block the air from cooler to enter in the room, NO TEMPERATURE CONTROL as such. Poor ventilation in toilets and corridors, bit suffocating. The staff were supportive and casual, not too rigid or polished while serving. You feel like talking to the 'person', instead of just requesting a 'hotel service staff'. The breakfast buffet is really good, not more than 5 types of foods, no need to get confused over menu selection. I liked that set up, no scope of wasting your good either. The breakfast menu has a reflection of Oriental and continental mixed menus.

Probably 30 years of old hotel. But the environment was much cosy(not all parts) and clean, well decorated. However, the staffs are very professional and seem experienced. The best part was their food. One may find varieties of delicious food items at reasonable prices.

It's high time the authority changed the old General brand AC. These ACs make too much sound to get a sound sleep. Please replace these window type ACs with some split types.

While writing details on Hotel Saint Martin Chittagong front desk, I suddenly started to cough due to dry throat. Upon asking for some water, the front desk manager replied,"You will be given water in a few minutes in your room." Me be like - Are you for real? What if I choke to death, and then you come to give me a sip of water in my lips!! This is not a professional way of handling business. We were supposed to check-in at the usual time but we did that 7/8 hours late. Doesn't mean you do not serve a glass of water at the front desk upon dire need. Btw, This was my sixth time checking in. Room was old. Bathroom tiles were old. AC needs servicing. If "Money before service" had a name, this was it. The power outlet socket was way to old to use. The bathroom had no ventilation or any exhaust fans.

It's a moderate hotel for staying with family in emergency. They have VIP suite on top floor of hotel. Those are ok. Rent is Tk.10000/= per night. Restaurant is moderate in decorations, food items, presentation & serving, waiters behaviour, room service, cleanliness are ok. They have own parking area.

For business staying within city for short periods is good enough. Breakfast was good ☺️.

The rooms are very old. They don't have new amenities. Old TV, old tiles in washroom but the rooms are spacious but not recommended if you have same budget

Good Hotel.... Nice location... Have restaurant facilities.... Shop facilities... So u may say complete hotel to stay... Nice people very humble.. Just one issue i faced, as my room was on road side, so on night time heavy vehicle pass from that road... So bit noisy and shaky type of feelings ur are going to have.... Otherwise... One of the nice hotel...in Chittagong...

The hotel is located in main town of Cattogrom city. Interior design are attractive. They are well behaved,food quality was good, very sincere at customer service.

Rooms are average. Some rooms are equipped with window ac, some are with central air conditioning which you cant regulate. However, complementary breakfast is good. No scope to complain though menu items are costly. But you will be surrounded many restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking distance.

Great hotel. I am staying here since 2008. The staffs are all great. Food is awesome. Buffet breakfast is excellent. The hotel may not look good in comparison with radison or peninsula but trust me you will feel much comfortable. Big airy clean rooms. Every washroom is equipped with bathtub.

Good place for arranging various types of programme located at Agrabad, Chattogram.

The accomodation, the rooms and the foods are good. Rooms are beautiful. I could rate it with the ratings 8/10. The only problems are the usual black outs and the fear from mosquito bites.

Great location in Agrabad area. Clean rooms with average bed & bathroom. Food is tasty & there's a bar as well. I think it's less than a three star hotel but a decent one with limited facilities. Looks like a family friendly hotel but should be a better choice for business or solo visit. Complimentary buffet breakfast is average but tasty. Free wifi. Staff & front desk is okay. A little overpriced room rate but you should bargain or compare online for a better tariff. I would recommend it for a night or two.

The hotel is located at the centre of Chottogram, the port city of Bangladesh. The rooms are well decorated. Management still trying to develop more. The restaurants are good for local foods. I tried some international cuisine which taste really bad.

Front Desk Staffs have attitude. Rooms are little bit old. Price doesn't match with rooms. Once, I was a regular customer, due to attitude, shifted.

It's good place. The rooms are average. The service are also average I say good really. But the costing is soo high. And it's a 3 star hotel in Chittagong city. Also the bike parking is available here and you can brought a car also. I think parking is free. And this is situated on the bank of the main road of Chittagong to the airport of this city. Although it's a good place for resting.

Room size are ok but old AC is a pain, make horrendous noise. Bathroom are dirty and smelly you can smell it from room. Breakfast has not got very much choice. Compare to rooms and bathrooms price isn't cheap.

I when from London to Chittagong I have stayed at this hotel for 5 days the rooms absolutely triable bathrooms awful it’s like a horror movie I would never recommend this hotel.
