I was staying one night in this hotel. The behaviour of staff was really good enough. They provide foods in room if you want but you have to pay for this which is much to me. Other facilities were good. The distance from bus stop point is not very far. Overall my experience was good abou the hotel.

Worst service...They don't know the simple manner how to deal and communicate with guest specially manager who works in the morning shift. Totally low class manner and irritating behave. Beside that others are below average. You will get better hotel at this price with professional service in ctg. If your are concern about staff behave and professionalism then avoid this hotels. Most of the stuff in the room are quite old and they don't remind you about their hidden charges. Restaurent is also below average and price is much higher. Food quality is no up to mark and they tens to serve last days item which is unsold by heating them. Overall DISAPPOINTED.

The Worst Hotel i ever stay.Please dont prefer this hotel.its not a hotel its a guest house,which dont have proper house keeping.Mosquitoes always in your room,If you ask for Mosquito machine or Spray.as per managment the rules are not permit.i dont had a option because the hotel booked by Customer

Good hotel according to rent, even their service is better then other high rent hotel nearby. Most importantly, no sound pollution. However, restaurant environment is not so good.

It was one of my favourite hotel people n ctg but now it is old and they didn't renovate or cleaned it as it needs. The service is ok and the price is midrange but very dirty furnitures, bathrooms etc. They should do some cleaning works.

Its an average hotel. You will get all basic things. But you shouldn't expect more. We found mosquitoes in the room. They don't use any electrical mosquito control equipment. When we complained, they came and sprayed Arosole while we were in the room.

Considering an age its a 3*. However it is much spacious, neat and clean, homely atmosphere. Neat and clean washroom. Room safe is also available. Amenities ok as per price. An average complementary breakfast. It just a good distance away from the main roads, and that gives you a quiet room for a sound sleep.

Very bad place to stay.. !! Rooms are noisy .. not properly clean. very old furniture. Old moldy small in the room.. Service is also bad, Room service is super expensive, One cup of milk tea costs me 55 taka, and unfortunately, the test of the tea is very bad. The breakfast is the worsted breakfast I had in my life in any hotel i have. in terms of test and quality. Also the location of the hotel in a residential area in a corner.. !!

Their room is well furnished, clean and capacious. My experience at their hotel was quite good. Air conditioner, fridge, TV, everything was working good. You will get a complimentary buffet breakfast as well. They will give you a five start hotel service at three star hotel cost. The sad part is, there was no swimming pool and walking area outside the room seemed suffocating to me.

It's simply like a home come hotel... Found very neat and clean and also cheap for Doubles in cost 2.5k with complimentary BF. Not for those whose are class conscious but it's a pleasant experience for me especially for the rooftop restaurant. Recommended for my frinds n family.

Hotel and Inn located in Road no. 5, O.R. Nizam R/A. The location is five star, in the center of Chattogram, within a very neat and prestigious residential area. Bus Stand is a 5 mins rickshaw ride, prime banks are at walking distance, major shopping malls are 10-15 mins walking distance, big hotel and restaurants are at 5-10 mins walking distance. If one wants all their major tick boxes checked when looking for a place to stay, Naba Inn is the right one. The rooms are spacious, and well decorated along with all the important amenities. All the rooms are air conditioned and have a TV, fridge and vault. The rooms in no way feel cramped, you have sufficient space to stay comfortably. Their washrooms are well maintained, and overall the rooms and well maintained. They have their own rooftop restaurant which has bangla and Bangla-chinese cuisine. Every room comes with a complimentary breakfast the following day. If you are looking for a comfy and cozy place to stay and spend the night while in Chattogram, this is the perfect hotel for you.

This place is quite quiet, surrounding area was neat and clean, staff behaviour is impressive. Their Starting room rent is BDT2500 tk only.

It is fine, but they should've provided towel and good toiletries. Obviously they should provide premium service for the premium price. The breakfast items are okay, but I would find better alternatives within same range.

Well, I was in the top floor as the view from there is quite soothing. And in my case, the room was quite good concerning the rental amount and the security. The whole restaurant is covered with CCTV camera (though I was a bit confused about their functionality). However, apart from the rooms their another attraction is the rooftop café which is up to the mark. And also, did I mention that, they serve really qualityful complimentary breakfast to their guest guests? 😋

Naba Inn one of the good & nice place for stay overnight for businesses man & tourists, which is situated very close to GEC circle, a very good place to find the necessary things.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 night. Its was good experience to be there in cheap price. The room was clean and well decorated. One memorable thing is i lost part of my gold bracelet i discovered it while travelling to orher part of the city. I was in panic mode. With broken heart i came back to room and found that part was sitting on the bed side table. The person who was doing house keeping while cleaned it found it and kept there. I am pretty glad that auch honest people exited. The room came with complementary breakfast. That was good too. Overall it was great experience to stay there.

Situated at a decent location the hotel provides convenient walking from the key areas in Chattogram. Rooms are spacious although a bit old and need renovations. Moderate room service and security of the hotel is good. Will recommend
