This place is amazing. Vlad isa great professional and a great guy who loves his job. I’m very happy that I was here for 2 days. The hotel is quiet and smells very good. The room was perfectly clean. Thank you all for the service. The location is very convenient for those who came to Untold (the hotel is a 5-minute walk from the park) and one of the scenes is visible from the window. LATER EDIT: Woke up in the morning (9am) due to noise, someone was doing repairs in the hotel, with a hammer or something of that sort. Not cool. Very friendly, helpful & quick receptionist at the front desk (Diana). Hotel and ammenities are great, very clean and fresh, everything works as it should. Thanks!

Such a great hotel! Very convenient location, close to the city center. What really surprised me was the breakfast! Absolutely delightful - been to 4/5 resorts that hadn’t such a choice! I totally recommend the guacamole. And I also recommend Dacian as he looked over ourselves and made sure everything is as it should. Rooms are spacious, modern, but a bit dark. I’d improve their brightness as I had to turn on every single bulb, including the desk lamp.

Great hotel with amazing staff and with a great breakfast/restaurant available. The rooms are small but they are modern and have a neat design. Hotel is close to BT Arena or Central Park

We had an amazing stay here during Untold festival. Suites are modern, HUGE and with comfy beds. The hotel overall is beautiful. The only minor things I'd point out are; - No tea/coffee facilities in room - Not enough pillows - No price list for mini bar - Air con is a bit crazy as it just sporadically blasts cold air. - Lack of decent lighting in the room leaves it a bit dark. - Breakfast times should have been extended during the festival due to it finishing 5/6am. That being said, we'll definitely be staying here again next year.

Thank you Hotel Cristal for the pleasant stay, great service, and comfortable room. The room was spotless. We understood that this hotel reopened approximately 2 months ago after a complete refurbishment, which is clearly noticeable. The breakfast was also nice, with great service from Paul. No matter if you have breakfast here or dinner. The eye for detail, and doing "the little things", is what makes it so pleasant. Compliments to everyone for our pleasant stay. We definitely recommend this hotel!

Very nice rooms, good restaurant, and amazing breakfast! :) I’m missing the freshly squeezed orange juice, but thats the only thing i can think of, rest is really pleasing and nice.

The room was very clean, modern and high end tech appliances. Super friendly staff. Miss Aurica at the reception was more than happy to answer all our questions with a smile on her face. Made you feel welcome. This hotel has a restaurant, italian dishes, and very affordable prices. Breakfast was diversified, including avocados and cheesecake. The restaurant staff, mr. Dan and mr. Paul are professionals in what they do, attentive to our needs, and helped us in ordering our lunch and dinner. Overall 10 out of a possible 10.

Very nice and cleaner hotel with a very good Italian restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful. Waiter Dacian recommended this Romanian wine with our food ( meat ) and it was brilliant!

Very good service during breakfast - Dacian was very friendly and helpful! Great big room with very comfortable bed. Bathroom is also very large with very nice light. Very calm area with small buildings.
