I
had
a
very
bad
experience;
I
booked
a
room
for
my
father,
and
when
he
called
the
property
to
inform
them
of
a
late
check-in,
they
didn't
have
any
issues
with
it.
However,
they
insisted
they
couldn't
provide
the
room
at
the
online
price
and
demanded
1200
INR
instead.
Upon
reaching
the
location,
he
called
them
again
to
confirm,
but
their
response
was
terrible.
When
he
was
about
to
check
in,
the
reception
claimed
there
was
no
room
booked
under
our
reservation
and
insisted
it
wasn't
the
hotel
we
had
booked.
Thinking
it
was
his
mistake,
my
father
returned
and
spent
considerable
time
searching
for
the
same
hotel.
When
he
followed
Google
Maps,
it
directed
him
to
the
same
hotel
location.
He
thought
the
map
was
wrong
and
wandered
around
for
an
hour.
Later,
I
took
photos
of
the
property
from
Google
and
sent
them
to
him.
It
was
then
that
he
realized
it
was
the
same
hotel
he
went
to
before.
He
returned
to
the
hotel,
showed
the
reservation
details,
and
asked,
'Why
did
you
misguide
me?'
Another
hotel
employee
acknowledged
that
the
booking
belonged
to
them
but
said
they
couldn't
accommodate
him
at
the
online
(Oyo)
pricing.
They
demanded
the
same
1200
INR
in
cash,
even
though
we
had
paid
through
Oyo.
I
later
called
Oyo
customer
service
to
complain,
but
even
after
that,
they
continued
demanding
the
same.
My
father
had
to
take
a
strong
stand,
refusing
to
pay.
He
told
them
to
call
the
police
if
the
hotel
had
any
issues,
as
they
weren't
following
Oyo
executive
directions.
Finally,
he
got
a
room,
but
the
hassles
he
faced,
especially
at
his
age
in
the
night,
were
horrible.
He
was
literally
exhausted.
