Experience
I
am
writing
to
express
my
deep
disappointment
with
the
experience
my
companions
and
I
had
during
our
recent
stay
at
hotel
geo
grande
.
Our
visit,
which
took
place
from
the
night
of
August
14th
to
the
morning
of
August
15th,
and
our
return
on
August
20th,
left
us
feeling
quite
dissatisfied.
On
the
20th
of
August,
when
we
arrived
at
the
hotel
in
the
afternoon
to
secure
a
room
on
a
pay-as-you-go
basis,
we
were
met
with
unwelcoming
behavior
from
the
staff.
Despite
our
polite
requests
for
a
room,
we
were
informed
that
all
rooms
had
been
sold
out.
This
was
puzzling,
as
we
had
hoped
to
pay
for
accommodation
and
were
met
with
an
unexpected
lack
of
availability.
Additionally,
we
kindly
requested
a
small
space
to
temporarily
store
our
luggage
and
mentioned
our
hunger,
hoping
to
be
accommodated
in
some
way.
However,
the
response
we
received
was
far
from
accommodating.
The
staff
member
we
encountered
was
dismissive
and
refused
our
request
for
a
space
to
keep
our
luggage
or
even
a
suggestion
for
nearby
eateries.
Such
behavior
left
us
feeling
utterly
disheartened.
As
guests,
we
had
expected
to
be
treated
with
basic
courtesy
and
understanding,
especially
since
we
had
previously
stayed
at
your
establishment.
The
lack
of
empathy
and
assistance
from
the
staff
tarnished
our
perception
of
the
hotel.
I
urge
you
to
take
these
incidents
seriously
and
address
the
behavior
and
attitude
of
your
staff
towards
guests.
It
is
my
hope
that
no
other
guest
will
have
to
endure
the
same
negative
experience
we
had.
I
believe
in
providing
constructive
feedback,
and
I
truly
hope
that
our
feedback
will
lead
to
improvements
in
the
future.
