The place was so cool and the stay was awesome. But the management was a bit hesitant about adjusting two people for 2 or 3 hours though the stay was not for full night. Overall the stay was super cool and the caretaker was awesome. Maybe the service ideology can be adjusted!

AC in the first room was not working well. Was shifted to another room and AC was fine there. No washing machine available. Service was good and fast.

Really not happy with the service given and the person who was in reception was very rude and we paid 5k+ and didn't stay even for 10mins more over didn't get chance to choose the room we were asked to be in a room which the person suggested us.... We were uncomfortable and we didn't feel a safe place for us to stay... Requested for refund even that is not been done... Overall not happy and it is not worth for the paid amt..

Reserved this hotel to spend a night. One of the managers was fast to respond and helpful. They do not, however, have arrangements for lunch or dinner. Basic things such as tea is also not available on the premises. Only stay here if you need a place to crash for the night. Doesn’t make sense otherwise. We ordered our food from Swiggy (thank goodness Swiggy served that place). The rooms are maintained tidy. Car parking is available too.

The room was spacious and clean. Charging point only on one side of the bed. The bathroom was clean. Hot water in the shower as well. Ample parking available. The staff was courteous, and tried to help. The check-in was smooth. Showed us rooms before checking in. Roads were in bad condition, apparently under construction, looks like will be done within the month. Pretty posh residential locality. Far from any shops or restaurants. Having your own vehicle is almost a must

Big room that has been meticulously maintained. It is a problem that the placement of the area is problematic. It is located in the interiors, where there is not a single shop in immediate proximity. Having a location that is not close to the major road offers both advantages and disadvantages. The chirping of peacocks will awaken you from your sleep in a serene and quiet environment. During the complementary breakfast, there were not many options available. There were simply Pongal and Dosa available. There is room for improvement here.

One of the serene sevuce apartments, best part is near by airport. Wake up to peacocks and breezy mornings / evenings. Ample parking space. Good food tastes homely. Friendly and professional staffs. Stayed here for close to a month and would prefer to be back anytime

Nice, quiet place off the main road. Good room with a small sitout and breakfast, and courteous staff. Need to order in or walk for a km or so for any food or store.

The surrounding place is calm and cool. The apartment is well maintained, neat and clean. Good staff. Spacious and good choice for families who prefer to stay. Rates are reasonable. Loved this place

Serviced apartment. Spacious well maintained rooms, hall and kitchen in every floor. Lift available. Off the main road in a residential area and not at walking distance from the main road. This would have been like a hotel except for this distance from the main road

This place have unclean rooms, no proper place for breakfast. Staff here are more concerned for their own food rather than of guests. The pillow and bedsheet were dirty. Glasses and cups in room were also dirty. Overall I will not consider and recommend this hotel at all to anyone.

The owners have conveniently converted the 2 bhk apartment into 2 rooms on either side sharing the hall & kitchen. The talking point for me was the effort taken by the staff to maintain cleanliness of the property. Being away from the main road has its positives and negatives. Serene and peaceful, you'll be woken up by the calling of peacocks 🦚. There's a lot of room for your private vehicle if you choose to come by it. The complimentary breakfast didn't have much choice. It was only Pongal and Idlis. This needs to improve. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

It's worth the money! Budget-friendly service apartments with decent facilities were what I was looking for. Hiline surprised me with all the amenities like a kitchenette, ample parking space, Wifi, complimentary food, and excellent service. I was really impressed with the exceptional hospitality and especially the spacious, clean, and well maintained rooms.

WAY TO GO TEAM HI-LINE 👌👌 This was my second stay here and probably will stay here everytime I come to Coimbatore. I am on a buisness trip and It's been 12 days now and 3 more days to go. Everything has been excellent. Starting from hospitality, the staff are too friendly, everything is just perfect. Felt like home always. Good going team. Keep up the good work. They call up regularly to take feedback and work on it too. This way of working is gonna put them high always.

It an apartment that provides hotel service. It is situated in an easily accessible place and in a very good condition building. Rooms were clean and spacious. Toiletries were available and bathroom was clean. One downside was rooms were not at all soundproof. We could easily listen to our neighbours and they could hear us. Also, there was complementary breakfast in the menu but when we went there for breakfast at 9:30 am they just gave us counted idly and sambhar with some coffee. It was enough for us but this is the first time I saw such counted version of breakfast.

The stay in Hi line apartment is marvelous... The unique feature of this hotel is, they provide decent modern rooms with Coimbatore s warm hospitality, the staff here are like family members who speak to us with such warmth we tend to feel at home. Highly recommend this apartment for persons/families attending functions/seminars in the airport area and SITRA.. We stayed in the hotel in 2019 and booked in 2022 ..The service remains the same. 😊😊😊..EXCELLENT..

The stay was pretty decent. Neat room and the staffs were quite polite. Complimentary breakfast was good. But, for the rates they charge, they can peovide more and better amenities. I would not recommend if you are looking for a ciry area, also, there are no shops or restaurants nearby, you will have to walk till the main road. The only issue i found problematic.

This is an apartment, you book a bedroom with an attached bathroom. We booked the superior room which had a little bigger bedroom and bathroom, also had a balcony. Faced challenges with service, they did not initially have towels, milk powder and blankets. Very limited breakfast, but taste was fine. Accessing the hotel from Avinashi road has 2 routes, one of them was bad.

I had checked in to the apartment yesterday evening, My review is for those looking for the following features: 1) the location is not so close from airport 2) the AC of the room alloted was not working, was shifted to other room after complaining 3) there was no arrangement of in-house dining, had to order from outside 4) the house keeping stuff was very non-cooperative 5) breakfast is included in tariff but is only available from 8:30 am; they could not arrange for packed breakfast when we were checking out at 8:30 am

The location of the place is a problem. It is in the interiors where there is not a single shop in vicinity. No restaurants or anything. But service was good. Breakfast was good. Bathrooms were clean. Rooms and bed were big and comfortable. If you have your personal vehicle, I would highly recommend it.

Room decoration,Bed,AC,washroom was ok.But I did not find any soap,brush,toothpaste except handwash in washroom. Room was so spacious. AC was good. washroom was clean. Mosquitos a little. They provided in bedroom coffee,1L water,Towel. Per night 3000 Bd taka including tax (Deluxe couple bed) including complimentary Breakfast. The hotel is in a corner and feels secluded. No restaurant in this hotel. Car parking is available.

Very nice place, staff is very kind and always have big smiles on their places. The rooms are also very clean. I highly recomend.
