Very poor management. They have severe shortage of staff. The guides and vehicles are provided as an afterthought. The itinerary and the places we visit have no relationship. When asked that give lame excuses. Although the itinerary seems promising yet none of those places are ever covered. Very cheap and misguided services. Would recommend everyone never to do anything with them.

Amazing service by team Apple Holidays. Mr. Ruwan was our companion for trip, nice guide and photographer and more importantly amazing person. Got infected with Covid during trip and their team was very helpful, Ms. Marushka deserves special mention, she was available 24 x 7 and provided help with everything.

I planned my trip through MMT and since there was an emergency had to contact Apple Holidays directly. Shehan was very patient to all my questions, updates and modifications till last minute. Lahiru coordinated well during the trip and kept us updated. Best thing was PRABASH. The ultimate guy and guide, so polite, humble and caring, took good care of us during our stay in Sri Lanka. He narrated background of the places, history attached to it and took us to places where we’re interested. I’d surely visit again if Prabash is available and situation is better in Sri Lanka for the rest of uncovered places. Thank you so much Prabash. You’re a gem. Thanks much Shehan.

Incompetent tour operators - not providing services as per the confirmation, constantly changing their drivers during the trip, below par quality of vehicles and unwilling to consider any feedback. We paid for a premium trip and received pathetic services in return. This was my 5th trip to Sri Lanka, first with Apple Holidays, by far the worst organised. Would not recommend this tour operator to anyone.

We have just returned from Sri Lanka trip by yesterday. Apple holidays made the tour package for us. From the very first day, we were upset with the tour. As per the schedule we have to be received from the airport at 5:30 AM and proceed hotel at Kandy for refreshments and to be continued with the sight seeing. But they were asked us straightly for sight seeing, while asking for refreshments, they asked us to use the airport bathroom and toilets for refreshments. The driver UPUL never heard to us in the whole tour, when we were asking to stop near the hotel at modest rate, he used to stop at high budget hotels to receive commission from them. The driver was very rude and asked us to clean the van after the travel, he was very stringent in watching us what we are doing inside the cab instead of driving. He was too harsh with our kids and speaks and quarrels with us on the whole tour. I recommend never prefer this agency for your Sri Lanka holidays.

It's really very bad service, they didn't reply even when you have query. No planning, they changed driver without information. Driver is ready to visit hindu temples and always in hurry because he has some personal trip with European people. Some spot we left because as per apple holiday it's good but as per driver he will get money from apple so he don't want to waste petrol. So my request don't go for apple or MMT worst experience.

Apple Holidays agency is a professionally managed company, the staff and the drivers of the company are very polite, professional, cooperative, full knowledge about the trip, they will not say No to any request. We had great time in Kuala Lumpur, Langkawi with family. We wish them best of luck and will definitely recommend them....

This travel agent was not fair and good . They had given us a waste hotel (Ekho surf) Bentota , Srilanka . As the hotel and staff was not good in their job . This travel agent too didn't supported and responded to us. Don't ever trust this travel group . Their response and thier packages are not good even though thier package amount is expensive. The hotel package which they are giving is not good. And the staff in the hotel too was not experienced and trained staff. From personal experience don't ever do your vacation and holidays with this tour partner . The given hotel by then (Ekho surf, Bentota srilanka ) is literally ver bad . During our holiday/ vacation on September 2021.

They are stupid people. They don't know the basics of what holidaying and tourism is. I request you people to try some other holidays and tourism groups.

This is one of the biggest next gen smart fraud so called DMC in the travel industry. Never ever opt for their services or try to avail their services through any of the travel agents based in any location. They are cheaters the entire team seating back in Sri Lanka office are experts in cheating & making fool to people. The so called founder/owners Mr. Vikesh kumar Muthusamy & Mr. Pradeep are the main mind behind the dodgy business. They have formed companies in the multi0le names in access many Asian destinations like Maldives, Vietnam, Malyasia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Indonesia. Beware of them to avail services directly or through any of the travel agents. They have already court matters pending against them in a industrial division labour court. Spread the awareness as muxh as you can. I have all legitimate proof of their fraud, to customers & employees too by both paying to employees as per contract.

Too good at being Fraudsters. Cheaters. Take our money, no value for services. Do not go to this company for travel ,work etc.

I am so happy to get this service when I am out of my country, When I reach my destination I feel so happy because the guide is standing outside the airport and he is waiting for me, There after my trip has been started with guide cum driver Mr RAHIM, About RAHIM, he is kindly person and very well known about all the place and also time keeping, it's fantastic and moreover his behaviour was so good, Later the way they treated us is very good and I am very happy recommend the APPALE HOLIDAY with my family and friends,

I visited Srilanka amid of the economic crisis and protests going on there. I was worried how my holidays would go. But, Apple holidays surprised me with their service. From the day 1 of my arrival at Colombo airport till my last in Srilanka, it was an overwhelming experience. I had a 9 days stay. They assigned me one of their best Chauffer and travel guide - Mr Prasad who is really very friendly, courteous and great person. He made us travel entire Srilanka safely and shared lot of knowledge about various places and Singhlese culture. The car which was provided was also a luxurious one. Their travel manager used to call me throughout the tour asking if everything is going well. On last day, I had early morning flight. Mr Lahiru came to drop us to the airport amid heavy rain at 5 am in Colombo. Everything was amazing. Thank you Apple holidays.

We had booked the holidays at Srilanka in the third week of Mar 2022. We had a pleasant experience and enjoyed our vacation a lot. The tour guide was polite and accommodative. All in all a great experience. We would recommend this highly to all vacation planners. Kudos and keep up the good work.

Waste hotel eco surf hotel this is only central jail

We have been in Sri Lanka for 7 days with Sampath Pushpakumara. Very Punctual, Soft spoken, polite, humble Person. We had very good experience with him . He is always ready to take us to new places. He has good knowledge of all the places. We would like to visit with him again to Sri Lanka.

They organized a 5 days trip to 3 cities - Kandy, Bentota-Galle, Colombo and it was very smooth. The car & the chauffeur was very good and he was very polite and helpful throughout the trip. All arrangements were upto the mark and we did not face any kind of issue. Definitely a recommend service provider for your trips.

Extremely horrible service provided for our Singapore trip. The planning was not proper. They had not taken into consideration the delays for immigration and that caused us an hectic day 1 at Singapore. The concerned person Darshani and Raman were not at all responsive. They were not even replying to our whatsapp messages. Also extremely rude behaviour by them. The hotel booked for us was not at all good. Moreover they booked single beds for married couple. When asked at hotel reception, they mentioned this room ia booked by the travel agent. They are not at all interested in serving guests, no hospitality. They are not even concerned of any situation that guests are facing in a new country. Extremely poor service and rude behaviour. Terrible experience.

Phuket Thailand trip was exciting and very good. The memorable relaxation makes oneself refresh. The program arrangement makes us to plan and choose our activities to travel to this place again

Although we had already give an information of reaching colombo at 2 AM in the morning, check in the hotel was done at 2 PM...so after travelling for long hours, we were taken directly for sightseeing...However the hospitality of the driver, Mr Dileep compensated for the entire trip..He was cordial and was eagerly showing us various places of srilanka besides the places covered under the package....and fortunately we have met good people in Srilanka which made us cherished this "tear drop country" forever in our heart...The hospitality of the people are worth mentioning...especially the owner of the rain tree hotel Srilanka... I believe what makes a place beautiful are the people...

Myself & My Wife visited Exquisite Srilanka from 17 th March to 25 th March . Following 8 cities we visited Anuradhapura,Sigriya,Kandy , Nuwara Eliya,Thissamaharama,Galle, Bentota, Colombo. Our Tour Guide Mr Chandana driving us along & Accompanied us throughout all the tour. Mr Chanda is a very Gentle ,softspoken & helpful individual. He made sure that we will not miss any Sightseeing.He not only advised but took personal interest in our Dining needs too. We are very thankful to Mr Chandana , Apple Holidays & Make My Trip for making our trip memorable & comfortable . The whole trip & spots were fantastic however The best tourist spot we liked was Sigriya Rock , Wildlife safari of Yala National Park, Nuwara Eliya Tea Gardens. We certainly are very Greatful to Mr Chandana & Apple Holidays for ensuring we had a safe & enjoyable stay in Srilanka.
