We purchased 4-5 items from here in the past but this time they were like not willing to sell any product and not even interested in showing the items. We liked a product and checking with the price with him then he was very sarcastically telling us that come when the gold price comes down….din’t expect this kind of behaviour towards customer it’s all our hard earned money don’t try to fool the customer charging all the invalid taxes and you don’t even tell what are you charging for, you just give us an amount written on paper no additional information at all… never recommend this jewellery shop there are lot many options to buy.

We had really bad experience over here, went for the first time. We were waiting for more than 15 mins no-one interested to ask or to show any of their products. When we asked to show a jewellery, got a rude response. They don't no how to communicate with people, it's just waste of time to visit this shop. Not customer friendly at all. Seems like they don't want to correct their mistake after getting bad reviews. I wish I read those comments before visiting.

Best place to buy the Gold. Owners are very friendly and polite, please visit yourself to see how nice they are. My regular place and they offer best prices in the city.

Good customer service. Went to get my wedding chain repaired as it had broken off. The owners were helpful and they repaired it on the same day even though it was almost closing time on New Year's Eve!!

Below below average collection and style. We have been to other gold jewellery stores but this store was the worst we have been to. They don't even let you touch the jewelery because they have to sanitize the product later. This is the worse thing and totally pathetic!!! We recently purchase Gold jewelery from stores in Atlanta and they made sure to sanitize the product first and then hand it over to us so that we can see it properly unlike this store. Widh could give them zero stars... Worst customer service and people. Not recommended at all!

I love this place the owners a very nice people. We have been here multiple times . We love 22K gold, and my husband bought his gold necklace here. And today he bought a charm and I bought a clip for my anklet that I bought in Dubai but didn't come a secure clip. The owners are very nice people. Very customer oriented. They make sure they give you the attention you need while in the store, and they are very friendly. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality gold.

I wanted to come to buy something for my wife, but I decided to check the reviews here first and thank God I did! From the response of the owner, seems like the owner have some serious attitude issues and don't know how to communicate with people, the owner have zero customer service knowledge. I don't know how they still runs the business.

Went in for a second quote to get a ring with loose stones fixed and after evaluating the ring, the owner saved me a lot of time and money explaining why I shouldn’t have it re-set and glued the stone in free of cost. One of the few honest jewellers and with a beautiful selection of 20-24k gold products.

Went in with a bracelet repair and the owner fixed it immediately. Super kind and great quality of work! More than a fair price. Really appreciate the service, and will be back!

I went there during business hours to buy an anniversary gift. I have been a customer in the past and have purchased jewelry for my family from here. There were customers in there at the time and the door sign also said open. I was denied entry and was told to come back later. I'm disappointed in this business that I used to support.

I would give a zero if I could, customer service is really bad and they look down on black people. I’ve shopped there few times but the customer service is terrible. I would rather shop online for Indian gold that waste my time and gas.
